I received the best service I have ever received from a person working in the service industry. I visited Starbucks on arizona Ave and Ocotillo Christmas morning and was greated by the most polite and service oriented young man... I wish I got his name because he truly represented Starbucks

I’m on the PTO board for one of the Chandler schools. Each year we host a Veterans Day breakfast for the students who have family members that are serving or who have served. I had reached out to several Starbucks but non were available to donate coffee for the date we hosted our event. I called Starbucks on Arizona Ave and Ocotillo and spoke to Jason. Without hesitation he said let’s do it. Tell me when and where and how much coffee. Jason and the staff graciously donated two cambros, cups, sugars and creamer for our veterans breakfast. Jason also brought staff members and his district manager to our event. Which we were thrilled because we’ve never had Starbucks employees come to our event, let alone deliver the coffee. They went around to serve our veterans water and juice. At the end of our event I asked Jason if they would be able to donate two cambros of hot water for us to make hot chocolate for our winter movie night event in December and again without hesitation he said yes, and they even donated cups for our hot chocolate. I can’t even begin to express how grateful the PTO board is for the kindness of Jason, the staff and Star bucks. From the bottom our our hearts, thank you for your kindness and generosity.

I went to this location at 7:40 a.m. and sat at the drive-thru menu for 5 minutes earlier today. No one took my order and the place seemed to be deserted inside. This branch is supposed to be open as of 5:00 a.m.. I will not be returning to this branch again.

Slow service at this one. Went inside, maybe that's why? My pink drink was also more bland than normal. I realize I could have asked them to remake, but they seemed pretty far behind as it was. I decided not to bother. This isn't the first time I've had drinks taste off at this location too.

Many kidsParking: In a shopping plaza with plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Conventional ramp onto sidewalk. The store is one floor accessible, not huge but a wheelchair should be fine navigating the store. Some of the tables should accommodate a wheelchair.
