This Starbucks location is always on point. Their drive thru is quick and the employees are friendly. The inside is very clean. Lately, I’ve been on a cherry chai kick, so I have been here more often than I probably should. Ha! However, because they make the drink so well (compared to other Starbucks), I will continue to return to this location. While you’re here, enjoy one of their delicious pastries!

I felt uncomfortable during my visit because the employees kept hovering over us, urging us to hurry up and buy something just to stay inside. We usually like to socialize and make our purchases at our own pace. As a loyal customer, this new approach makes me feel unwelcome and less inclined to visit Starbucks to relax and enjoy my time.

I really don’t know why I tipped probably cause she sounded friendly but my drink came out super watered down, not one but both drinks. There were no patrons inside or in drive thru so idk if this drink had been sitting and they just threw in water to make two but this was a $20 purchase. I had a third drink that came out okay. But come on just make the drink made to order. Annoyed.

Certainly started my day off on the wrong note. The worker was so rude, I believe her name was Asaiyah and I could not believe how rude she was being, I was in utter complete shock. For a high brand like this you expect to treat your customers like garbage?? Come on Starbucks do better. I’m tired of paying 2x of what it’s worth for mediocre food. Pardon my french but asaiya was a jerk. Still in shock…

Ordered a Vente White Mocha on way to work this morning and my cup felt a little lighter than normal. When I opened the lid it was barely over half way full. Got cheated on my coffee size today. Disappointed. Coffee isn't cheap anymore, about $7 and I got a grande sized serving. 😕

wow! i ordered my usual and the barista, frankie was her name i think, was extremely polite and professional. that was the best coffee i’ve ever gotten!

Employees are super friendly and fast service even when busy. I only come here every other month or so. I order directly from the menu and my drink is never what I order. Since I don’t visit that often, maybe it’s just my bad luck? I still come back because employees are 10/10 friendly.
Horrible customer service. The management at this location really needs to rethink who they have on staff.

Went to have breakfast with husband, ordered bagel with cream cheese and even paid for an extra cream cheese tub. How insulting to ask the cashier and the customer if I paid for that second tub. Being asked because she didn't see the first part "We don't give free cream cheese, we actually charge for it". I then, took sticker off my order and walked it to Courtney the manager who then got irate and asked me to leave the store instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. Enjoying my bagel I answered no. Courtney the manager then threatened me to leave or she would call the cops. At that point I left the bagel and the 2 tubs of cream cheese as I could no longer enjoy my breakfast. No, I did not receive a refund for the unfinished bagel nor the opened cream cheese tubs I just left it all there. Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Never doing business with Starbucks again. Horrible experience.

it took way too long in the drive-through. This is the third time, I have gone to this place. I had to wait a very long time for one drink. if you have a lot of time to wait, then go to that Starbucks.
