Ordered 1 drink and a sandwich been waiting inside for 25 minutes! The whole drive through has gone through multiple times/ they literally do not prioritize customers rhat take the time to go into the store. People working are working fast but the management is awful. I’ve never seen a Starbucks so slow.

The baristas are great, but you can tell this place doesn’t get sprayed. Little gnats everywhere around the register and a dead spider in the corner. I also saw a roach outside that you just know finds ways to get inside. Just go to the Ocotillo location tbh, it’s a lot

FYI!! For those who use the mobile order app.This morning crew does not like it when you do your mobile order in the drive thru line 3-5 minutes prior to getting to the speaker.I just had a conversation with the window barista, “Hi, just so you know you can track the order on the mobile app,so next time you don’t have to wait”I had to explain to her, what does it matter if I ordered 2-5 minutes ago on the mobile app before I got to the speaker because it’s actually ordering before I get to the speaker so I don’t know how I would have to wait longer.I said to her, so what you’re trying to say, is that you don’t like it when people do a mobile order in the pick up line, correct?I said, I understand what you’re trying to say, and she said OKThat’s not good Customer Service if you ask me!How does it matter that I ordered at the speaker or on the mobile app 2-5 minutes while I was waiting in the drive thru line?I like to do the mobile app because I can specifically add all the customizations that I want and not have to verbally say it to the barista who may not get it correct.I will not be returning to this Starbucks as I don’t feel like they have good customer service even though they’re around the corner from my house.I will drive out of my way to go to a different Starbucks, so I can order the way I want to.I’ve never had a barista say this to me and I’ve been ordering in the pick up line for years.

We always go to this Starbucks because it's closest to our house and we have always had great customer service. Today we went through the drive through and the barista Michelle was so unfriendly and so rude ! We ordered crème brûlée Frappuccino and when we received it we told her it doesn't look like a crème brûlée and she said well it is and it wasn't it was a cream drink with no coffee . She did not even offer to remake it and shut the window. This Starbucks manager needs to really train their staff on customer service. We will not be back to this location.

I did an online order at this Starbucks location earlier today, and I was running a little late to pick it up. When I got there, I was 2 minutes late past closing. I ran up to the door to get my drink, and I saw my mobile order just sitting there on the counter. The doors were already locked so I tapped on the window to get the attention of the girl in there and let her know that that was my drink sitting on the counter and asked if I could get it. She tapped on her watch and shook her head at me. I asked her if I could please get the drink that I paid $8 for and that was sitting there on the counter. I could my name on the label. I was two minutes late to pick it up, but she ripped the label off the drink, threw it away, and walked back behind the counter. Not only would she not give my drink that I had just paid for, but she was so rude and awful. It's like she taunting me because I was a little late. This isn't the first time I've experienced terrible service here! They've gotten my drink wrong several times before, but this was the last straw. I'm never coming here ever again and I recommend that customers choose a different location for their drinks.

Mobile ordered an ICED white mocha, my friend picked it up for me in the drive through stating my name and they handed her a hot drink, knowing that I don't like hot coffee she asked the barista "Is this for 'name'" and the barista goes "oh no sorry" then proceeds to hand her a drink with no sticker, is dark, and has cold foam on it, along with a gingerbread loaf I didn't order (also with no sticker). I'm entirely confused as to where they found this mystery drink they gave my friend but she said the service was awful and my drink is disgusting.
