Put in a mobile order at 1:18pm that was quoted to be ready within three to four minutes. My order (a single muffin and one drink) wasn't ready until 20 minutes later at 3:38pm. I stood around for over ten minutes watching one barista make drinks only for the drive thru (that obviously had paid after me since I ordered 5-8 minutes before I arrived), one employee work the window, and literally five or six other employees stand around talking. I asked the employee, politely, if they had missed my drink after about ten minutes of waiting, she said she'd check on it and proceeded to continue making drive thru drinks until another employee eventually clocked in and finished talking with the other employees.
I was obviously super displeased with my experience and will likely be taking my business to dutch Bros going forward.

Seems like there is policy to not allow rest room access for small kids without order who don't have that much of bladder control as adults and parents ask only when absolutely required. More importantly here we wanted to order anyway anticipating this but thought due to urgency for kid, thought of asking for bathroom access first. What an excellent customer service and way to treat kids. I understand if the policy is enforced for adults to the max degree but for kids??? Put this policy info for kids along side parking signs or name so that we don't have to even think about Starbucks when needed for kids for food or otherwise.

Today May 6 at 518 am I went to this Starbucks to get my regular customized drink. The barista that made it my drink today was rude. I don’t know her name very rude, very condescending and try to get me out of my character. She’s lucky that my son was in the car.. it was giving Racist. I don’t know why some people don’t understand, That coffee is a day starter for someone and She just tried to mess up my day. When I asked for a refund, she tried to be funny. I said I would pay for it. Oh no, I’ll put more cold foam after I ask for a refund. Just give me a refund. I’m writing a review and I’m calling in a customer care service to make a complaint. I never had such bad service.
