Went through drive-thru yesterday(Jan 10th) and was greeted by this girl at the window, she made sure my food was precious while handing it to me and the eye contact to say thank you reminds me of what was lacking im customer service for decades now, hope to have more personnel as such! Thank you Starbucks!!

Let me share my thoughts on the bathroom doors. They require a code to enter, which can be a bit annoying, but hey, it's all about safety, right? On the plus side, the people there were really lovely! However, the lobby was a bit small, and there wasn't enough seating, which made it slightly uncomfortable. Also, the layout was a bit weird, but overall, it was a decent experience.

i am almost 8 months pregnant. i started to feel like i was going to pass out and throw up while we were at B&N, i have a history of throwing up and fainting during my pregnancy. my body felt like it was on fire. my spouse asked the Starbucks employee for a cup of water and explained i wasn't feeling well, he told him to get in line. we had to wait behind 8 people for a cup of water that takes less than 10 seconds to make. we would never use my pregnancy to skip ahead but it was a cup of freaking water.

Great service thank you! Friendly efficient barristas. Clean cafe and great outdoor area. The cafe itself is overly dark and uninviting. Its a made over bank building. A homeless woman secured her multitude of bags and a push walker on the outside patio and camped out inside with a book.Parking: Wide open and plentiful

Service was horrible! I have a coupon that literally says ask your barista to apply this and it's on the Starbucks app. They couldn't do it called someone else to the window and couldn't do it either asked if a a manager can honor it and they said there is no manager I am a shift lead with a snarky look on his face. They saw the coupon not like I was making it up. It wasn't that I didn't mind paying full price it was the attitude he gave me and the principal of things. Personally you can have the best of the best food or drinks but if the service isn't there NEVER AGAIN.

everyone is so friendly and thoughtful. just one thing , wish you would take a last initial or no names inside. There was three different people with the same name and people would take the wrong drink.
Best Starbucks around. The most kind barista's ever. They're so friendly and act like they've known you forever. Always do the best job making our drinks and even remember my fiancé's name when he goes through the drive through. They recognize his voice. Other Starbucks in Az in this area, Maricopa, etc could really learn from them.

Continue to be a big Starbucks fan. Have some of my favorites that can't seem to be re-created anywhere else. I think staff at this Starbucks are exceptionally great. Great company and coffee. Also purchase my espresso beans for home use.

This place was really busy when I was there around lunch time so the floor was kind of trashed and sticky. But customer service was great. Very friendly and helpful. I got my drink really fast. I don't go here very often so it's kind of a treat when I do and I've never been disappointed by this location on McClintock and Ray.
