I stopped into this starbucks for the first time on my way into work. I proceeded to the restroom before ordering because I had to use it urgently but it was locked and required permission to use it from the staff. I asked them for access and the barista told me it was for customers only and I had to make a purchase first. There was also a line to order which only gave me more reason to use the restroom prior to ordering. I explained that I am purchasing a coffee but I needed the restroom ASAP. Instead of giving me access, she whispered something to another associate (which I was unable to hear) and the other associate responded to her out loud mentioning the same response regarding it being for customers only. I decided to move on from this starbucks and told them never mind since they were keeping their restroom hostage and for some reason felt that I wasn't telling the truth when I said I will be purchasing a coffee. The ladies were also very dry and had the demeanor that I was lying to them the whole time. I have never been to a starbucks where they would make a large deal for using the restroom. This is also is a nicer part of town in which I can't imagine them having an issue with people using their restroom without making a purchase. I do not recommend this starbucks based on their customer service and this experience.

My wife was harassed and interrogated by 3 young women Starbucks’ employees for asking to remake her drink on 3/9/25 at 2:45pm. The employees at this location need an attitude check, they were all very rude. We had the digital receipt and full cup with timestamps as proof and that still wasn’t enough. We will no longer be purchasing Starbucks products from this location anymore. It’s a real shame since it was the most convenient spot for us.

Had the absolute worst service at the Price/Willis location this past Friday in the early morning. Used to be my daily stop on the way to work. Not anymore. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered a dopio with two raw sugar and a bagel. Got the bagel. Waited twenty minutes for no dopio in sight. Walked out.

This Starbucks location was not up to par with typical Starbucks locations. We waited 10 mins in the lobby for staff to acknowledge us and take our very simple order of two food items and two drinks (a mocha and an Americano). Once the order was placed with the staff member, it took 15 mins for our drinks to be made. It was clear that the priority of the staff was not customers in the restaurant but those that made orders online or via the drive through lane. We finally asked of our drinks were being made and the start was extremely rude about it. In total we were inside this location for 29 minutes for two drinks and two food items. Not acceptable, especially topped off by rude staff who clearly didn’t care we were customers.

Additionally, the restroom was disgusting and in desperate need of cleaning. Do better Starbucks.

Don't spend money where you do not feel welcomed. I walked in the Starbucks. There was no one in line. No one greeted me or said anything to me. I waited for almost 5 minutes and when another couple came in after me they were very kindly welcomed by staff. When they finally came and waited on me, the young lady at the register was very rude. I was asking her about a specific coffee cup. She very rudely said "I don't know what you're talking about." She was very rude and looked like she was too busy to help me out. I kindly said no. Thank you. I do not need your help. I left this establishment and will not be back. Again, don't spend your money where you do not feel treated appropriately. ,👍🏽

Staff was cleaning when I was trying to order which is good, but I was the only person in there with at least five staff members. After about 10 mins they helped me finally. Cashiers tone was very negative. Got my coffee (which was mostly milk) and then got my bacon and egg sandwich (only one tiny bite of bacon on the sandwich). Very disappointed in the experience.

The service is hit and miss at best. I will order ahead on the app and it not be ready when I get there, or they get the order wrong. The one time I went in to get my drink fixed, there were eyes rolling and slamming bc they didn't want to remake my drink. I wasn't even rude about it when I told them it was wrong, simply said it wasn't what I ordered, had no flavoring. Never even got an apology.
