I ordered a chai latte and an acai strawberry drink via drive-thru today. The chai latte was lukewarm and tasted like plain almond milk, and the acai strawberry drink was extremely watered down with almost no flavor. This was very disappointing compared to your usual quality.

Really comical they can't sell me a cup of ice. I've been to numerous Starbucks and they give it to me. Jokes on me cause I threw in a dollar to their tip jar before asking for the ice. They wonder why people are fleeing Starbucks and it's because of little things like this.

If you don’t know the contents in the item you are serving don’t serve it people could have severe allergies and instead of ordering something that could cause a reaction they would rather not order it all. The mistake that was made at this location could have hospitalized me thankfully I carry everything with myself just in case. If you don’t have knowledge or care just say I don’t know.

Starbucks is Starbucks they are all the same and there is one on every corner. Dutch Bros is better but on occasion I still get myself a ‘Starbies’ This location has friendly employees and the facility is very clean. No complaints

I got a iced coffee that was water downn and a melting muffin . i went Two additional (different) days different times and my drink was bad: watered or no syrup or not made right. it’s worth just going to the one on price rd.
