My family LOVES to bounce over here for our favorites. Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino(With extra caramel and extra extra crunch) is definitely one we love, one of the kiddos likes the chai options as well!
They're really good at following the simple requests for dairy free for thise who need it. (The oat milk is yummy)

Their baristas spoke Spanish so we had a language barrier which led to the wrong Frapp. The gal would not fix her mistake and threw a huge fit in Spanish at her workplace!

This Starbucks on Dobson near Frye Road is always a good place to stop by for a bagel and a latte. The lines in the drive thru move pretty fast and the staff is always very courteous.

I order a Carmel protein latte almost everyday at my local Starbucks in Gilbert. Stopped at this location this morning and order my usual. Never has my coffee been lumpy! Something went wrong! This is what I poured out!

Literally never been to another Starbucks as efficient, decorative, and with such good service. Rowan, Hunter, and Gabi were very friendly and sold me their favorite drinks which have me coming back every time. 5/5

If that! I literally just broke my water bottle jogging.. Iong story short I came in and got passed over saying somebody would be with me cool! it took at least a good 6 minutes and somebody looking me dead in my eyes coming back in from break! just to walk past me not even asked if I have been helped or any concern. While the rest of the workers had there backs turned just talking.. and I’m a very big people person and is very patient I get it I understand things when ppl are doing they job. so finally the SAME girl spoke up to another person and said “oh she just wants water “ like I was imposing on them or to scam them???idk if it was because I am a BLACK female? I straight up told them never mind that simple.. It’s beyond me!? anyways karmas real and I happen to find my card right outside the store! good thing this building did not get a dime of my money those young employees need to do better for real respectfully! DO BETTER !

This is my favorite location so I don't want to give a low rating but I am a little disappointed today because of the wait. Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before coming in and still need to wait almost 15 minutes for my drink today and the store is not even that busy today.

This one star review is specifically for the manager (possibly regional manager?) who was at this Starbucks location on Friday, August 29th between the hours of 11 AM and 1 PM.
I unfortunately did not catch his name, but the Starbucks manager was sitting at the only handicap table in the store. He appeared to be conducting interviews as well as meeting with Starbucks employees, interspersed with checking his emails and looking at his phone.
While I understand that it was probably convenient for him to have the larger table (even though he only had a small iPad-sized device), common courtesy would have dictated that he offer up the only handicap table to the customer who came in on crutches.
I was in the store for two hours attempting to get some work done while waiting to pick my friend back up from her chemo treatment at a nearby facility. I had planned to frequent this same location for the same purposes over the next two months whenever I bring my friend to the area for her appointments.
Due to the lack of consideration and common decency by the manager (who should lead by example when representing Starbucks), I will choose a different location to take my business to over the coming months.
To the manager / regional manager: In the future, please have some situational awareness and compassion towards customers with mobility issues. If I were interviewing with you that day, your lack of consideration would weigh in on my decision about whether or not I wanted to accept a position at that location. Your team looks to you to be the example of what's acceptable and appropriate at the store. Please do better.

The baristas are absolutely amazing! So nice, helpful, and friendly! This is my go to starbucks!! They seriously go above and beyond! And bonus they make the drinks perfect every time!
