Wow. How incredibly rude for the barista to deny me water on a 100 plus degree day. I came in simply for a water cup since I was out walking and running errands. I came in completely red and full of sweat and asked nicely for a water cup, right away Elisha or Alisha rudely told me that Starbucks recently changed their policy to no more water cups even in the state of AZ. I was so taken back, I have never been denied water on such a hot day. I guess no one has a heart anymore even Starbucks. They will definitely not be getting my service again. Even when I asked another employee for her name, she came back and asked why I wanted to know her name. I told her it was for writing this review. She went on to accuse me of trying to cause chaos in the lobby when all I did was purchase a water and sat back down. Beware of this location and its employees!!!!

I wanted a Venti matcha latte and it was so dark I could tell it wasn’t made right and it was disgusting I had to go back and ask for something else and even that drink tasted nasty.

I have always been satisfied and look forward to having a drink from Starbucks. I ordered 3 drinks check number 720720 was awful. All 3 of us felt disappointed and stated we will not be coming back here.

I'm giving three stars because, while the coffee and service are consistently great, the food quality leaves much to be desired. My sandwich was missing the main ingredient – turkey – which was prominently listed on the menu and even in the sandwich's name. Look at the picture how absolutely disgusting this looks! This isn’t the first time this has happened, which makes it even more frustrating. I’d consider a one-star rating for the food alone, but the coffee and friendly service bring it up to three stars.

I threw the coffee away. I was disappointed with their sugar cookie latte. It tasted like watered down coffee. I could not taste sugar cookie at all and it was $7 for a grande. I will continue to make my coffee at home.

The service is bad. I put in a mobile order using the Starbucks app at 2:23pm. The app said my order is ready at 2:26pm. I arrived at the store by 2:30 pm and my order wasn't at the Mobile order station. I waited until 2:39pm, then I asked if my order was ready, and a black associate said it hadn't come through. I showed her the receipt to make sure I had the right location and she said "it took a while". I said "that was 16 minutes ago." She responded "sometimes it takes a while"... seriously? She then asked the drive through and they had my order. She didn't even bother to apologize. What happened to Starbucks?!
I have been going there for a year, recently their service is horrible, new staff not trained properly, new person took 200 of my stars that I earned by coming there every morning and thought nothing of it, yesterday I ordered a hot coffee with sugar plain white sugar low and behold when I got home it was loaded with splendid, and so much cream it was so disgusting I had to throw it away, that Starbucks is not what it use to be, they care about their customers, they don’t even compensate when they make an error, so I will not be doing any more support for that location, a new Starbucks opened down the road from there I will support that one.

The young man who helped today around 530ish pm on 92824 very flamboyant very friendly very very professional including the tall young man they both greeted me on 5ge entry. Great service. Great atmosphere. Drink Cokd Brew light half and half additional shot two stevias and two sugar-free vanilla pumps. Great tasting nice n fresh thank you for providing a GREAT EXPIERENCE ?

They were really busy, but polite and cordial I ordered a pumpkin spice latte which was ok and I got a mozzarella and egg sandwich with pesto that was an A+ I would recommend that to anyone who is not a vegan.
