Totally different experience at this Starbucks in the evening. Kayla the barista and the other female working the bar ignored me at every opportunity they could at the counter. My mobile order said it was ready and nothing was at the counter. I made eye contact with Kayla multiple times and she ignored me. Embarrassing for her I was waiting on her the entire time to make the food. SUPER rude, stop ignoring customers at the handoff plane and forcing someone to go to the counter. It’s everyone’s job to help the customer.

Coffee is good , skip all the syrups and weird non dairy creamers, they are full of chemically.

I bought 4 Starbucks drinks to try like the matcha cream frappuccino which a lot of people are put off by the green color but the taste is sweet creamy and refreshing it doesn't have a strong matcha flavor as you would expect for how green it looks but just enough so it's not overpowering but you can still taste the flavor of the bitter matcha with the whipped cream and milk adds a nice sweetness to it so it's well balanced.

The dragon fruit refresher is as refreshing as the name with its vibrant purple and pink ombre it looks fun to try it comes with dragon fruit freeze-dried chunks the taste is unique it's very nice it's sweet and lingers in your mouth after the taste it has fruity hints and is delicious

The Caramel crunch frappuccino the first thing you taste is a nuttiness to it Caramel afterwards definitely does not taste like coffee it has a hint of coffee in it, it tastes more like a Caramel toffee it's very sweet the flavor of the Carmel can be a bit overpowering it's more of like a sugary treat it's not for me but if you like very sweet things this drink is for you

If you're a coffee lover and love the bitterness but slightly sweet taste with a hint of cinnamon the iced cinnamon dolce latte is for you because that's exactly what it tastes like if you like sweet coffee you might want to add more cream in it to suite your tastes the ice makes it's refreshing but it can be a bit too bitter to some.

I placed a mobile order and sat down to wait for my latte. A younger barista saw me and didn't say hello (I was the only customer there at 6:30 am). I asked about my order after a few minutes passed. Turned out their machine was down. I asked if they could refund me. The younger lady told me, with an attitude, she can't and to call 1800-STARBUCKS. Fortunately, an older barista made this experience way better. She overheard and offered to make me something else. I ended up with a HUGE cold brew. Thank you to her, but I will not be back after the attitude I received from the younger girl with long brown hair. I'd recommend going to a real Starbucks.

I love the orderly manner they adopted in response to the chaos of covid.

Lacking in friendliness and sometimes professionalism. Also, they are understaffed!

Don't waste your time here. I have had nothing but problems at this location. There is no sense of urgency, they are always out of stuff, even venti cups...really?! I had stopped here often in the past and grew so tired of the wait and the poor service I finally spoke to a District Manager, no change. I stopped today on my way to work after 60 days of going elsewhere and nothing has changed. Ridiculously long wait just to find out they are out of stuff?! On top of it the lady was so rude to the guy in front of me and she was still helping him 10 minutes after I had given up and went to purchase a water and was walking out! I understand there is a staffing issue Nation wide, but that's no excuse for slow poor service. I will continue to go elsewhere. I'm done with this location. Probably done with Starbucks in general. The friendly staff across the street at DD will gladly take my business.
