I placed a mobile order and sat down to wait for my latte. A younger barista saw me and didn't say hello (I was the only customer there at 6:30 am). I asked about my order after a few minutes passed. Turned out their machine was down. I asked if they could refund me. The younger lady told me, with an attitude, she can't and to call 1800-STARBUCKS. Fortunately, an older barista made this experience way better. She overheard and offered to make me something else. I ended up with a HUGE cold brew. Thank you to her, but I will not be back after the attitude I received from the younger girl with long brown hair. I'd recommend going to a real Starbucks.

If you want to be late to work, stop at this Starbucks. If you want to be late to work with a half-full cup of coffee, stop at this Starbucks. Always running so behind and never even fill my cup up all the way or fill the entire cup with ice and a splash of coffee.

It takes forever to get your ordered coffee, Thete is just one person doing everything.

The Star bucks breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. They are a little on the small side though for the price. I just get it when I am in hurry. I am used to another breakfast sandwich that is greasy with a mostly cooked egg. It comes with sausage and cheese and egg on an English muffin. I think the Starbucks one is healthier but not as flavorful. It can come out quick but sometimes it comes out slow. It depends on how many people have ordered ahead. I like that the app makes it easier to order in advance. The most flavorful Starbucks breakfast sandwiches come out with bacon. The rest of them aren't too tasty. The cheese even tends to be bland. I would have expected it from the bread and the egg but not including the cheese. That remind me that the drinks tend to taste a little watered down in terms of the teas and the cream creme Frappuccinos.

I love the orderly manner they adopted in response to the chaos of covid.

Lacking in friendliness and sometimes professionalism. Also, they are understaffed!

Don't waste your time here. I have had nothing but problems at this location. There is no sense of urgency, they are always out of stuff, even venti cups...really?! I had stopped here often in the past and grew so tired of the wait and the poor service I finally spoke to a District Manager, no change. I stopped today on my way to work after 60 days of going elsewhere and nothing has changed. Ridiculously long wait just to find out they are out of stuff?! On top of it the lady was so rude to the guy in front of me and she was still helping him 10 minutes after I had given up and went to purchase a water and was walking out! I understand there is a staffing issue Nation wide, but that's no excuse for slow poor service. I will continue to go elsewhere. I'm done with this location. Probably done with Starbucks in general. The friendly staff across the street at DD will gladly take my business.

Asked for no ice, was apparently the hardest thing this woman did all day. Unpleasant and just made my day worse. Thanks a lot.

My wife loves their iced matcha green tea lattes! For me, eh, I've had much better coffee at other coffee shops. But just for the record, the service is always great!
