My venti mocha was missing about 1/4 of the mocha drink. Very disappointing! The cup felt light and when I opened it I saw why… photo is without any sips of coffee! order on app got there after app said order ready. Only one of 2 drinks was ready. Then they made an iced drink and not hot mocha like ordered. Waited 10 minutes while he made other coffees before getting my corrected coffee. 4 employees and I one guy doing all the coffees. You can do better than this Starbucks at Ray and 101!!!!

Starbucks is known for letting you get or pay for a cup of ice. Not this location. I know for a fact you can't be denied water when asked for it. I wanted to pay for a cup of ice. I was told that they can not pass out or sell cups of ice to customers. This was the morning shift that informed me of this......as hot as it is in Arizona shame on you Starbucks!!!!! Your drinks are overpriced, yet you can't sell a cup of ice.

I don’t usually stop by Starbucks for a quick caffeine fix, but thanks to EJ, this location has become my go-to spot if I do. I ordered a matcha, and he didn’t just make it—he took the time to ask what I liked and helped me tweak it to make it even better. That kind of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is rare.
EJ’s energy is infectious—he’s warm, genuine, and makes every customer feel seen. You can tell he truly enjoys connecting with people, and it shows in the way offers suggestions, quick conversations and creates a welcoming vibe from the moment you speak with him
Because of him, I’ll absolutely be coming back. The matcha’s great—but EJ’s customer service is what really sealed the deal.

Short blonde lady so rude i ask 2 differents drink no coconut milk at all and i ask to get venti matcha extra ice in a trenta cup off course they xharge you for the cup but she says no!

I’ve always been a starbie but this location is not my favorite, which is unfortunate bc I live across the street. I always order the same coffee and it’s never consistent ( like DD), so it doesn’t have that first sip feeling and it’s not even appeasing. I drive 30 minutes to work and would like to enjoy my coffee. My payment has been messed up, they have trouble finding my coffee and tbh not super friendly at the drive thru like most. Not often but I have had my order wrong and I’ve never ever had an order wrong at Starbucks. ⭐️

This store was what i call an 'exotic' - i've never been here before until tonight
The employees are very sweet but The fact that you guys raised your prices AGAIN makes it so that I will no longer come here. Almost 8 dollars for a large chai is absolutely ridiculous When I can get a much better drink for half of the price from another coffee shop. Very disappointing to see a big business so willing to overcharge their customers and offer nothing in return. Do better.
