I’ve always been a starbie but this location is not my favorite, which is unfortunate bc I live across the street. I always order the same coffee and it’s never consistent ( like DD), so it doesn’t have that first sip feeling and it’s not even appeasing. I drive 30 minutes to work and would like to enjoy my coffee. My payment has been messed up, they have trouble finding my coffee and tbh not super friendly at the drive thru like most. Not often but I have had my order wrong and I’ve never ever had an order wrong at Starbucks. ⭐️

The employees are very sweet but The fact that you guys raised your prices AGAIN makes it so that I will no longer come here. Almost 8 dollars for a large chai is absolutely ridiculous When I can get a much better drink for half of the price from another coffee shop. Very disappointing to see a big business so willing to overcharge their customers and offer nothing in return. Do better.

I come here pretty regularly and have come to know/recognize lots of the workers. They are all very very nice and knowledgeable people. Cristina, Jaren, David, Ana, all super kind and fun to talk to. I'd name the entire staff if I could! BUT one worker in particular, Nomeo, is the absolute best. Knows every drink on the menu, always has a smile on his face, and I have a great conversation with him every time. He is truly the Coffee Master! Thank you again to the entire staff for always being the highlight of my coffee runs!
Just waited in the longest line to still proactively be asked for a tip. Skipped and was given a straw too short for my drink, thanks! Stop asking your customers for tips. My drink also tasted like someone else’s since mine should only be coffee, has lingering hazelnut mixed in.

Made my coffees hot today even though I asked for iced...didn't give me a drink carrier for my 3 beverages and I had to go back as the women didn't give me my cake pop I had bought....they were not even busy aside from regular drive thru
