Drive-through Q was moving very slowly. By the time it was our turn, our grilled cheese was cold. After we left, we tried our frappe and it was done incorrectly. But it was too late we had left. Staff needs training.

I am a frequent flyer at this location in the mornings and I won't go anywhere else! I think maybe once or twice they didn't get my drink right but I'm pretty sure I had a new barista. The crew is always smiling and fun to talk to. They always try to make it a personal experience and they actually remember you! I love seeing my favorite crew truly brightens my day! I apologize I don't know all the names & spellings of my favorite people, but there are at least 5-6 of them (including Alyson & Lydia) that seriously start my day off right!

I've tried other locations recently when I was in a jam but there was no comparison. The other staff at these other locations were non emotive and dry and their drinks showed it.

I love this group of employees and my coffee!! Give them a shot (pun intended) and you won't be disappointed!

I got off to this location and purchased 4 drinks 30 minutes before closing. The staff seemed in a rush to close and I asked if I can use the restroom since I had a long drive from work and they said NO!!!!! What kind of customer service is this. Very poor and last time I come to this location!!!

Typically I don't leave reviews, unless it's well deserved, let alone call the store to find out a staff members name because they left such a good impression. I want to take a moment to shout out ALLISON (apparently a manager)! She is the EPITOME of great customer service! I'm not sure what she's paid, but it should be more, and she needs to train any and all businesses in the service industry what quality customer service is!!! I love coming to this location because of her!!! I've become the regular because she remembers my name, my order, has it ready, able to troubleshoot any errors as if it never happened so eloquently (yes, mistakes happen, not often, but they're human - or I made the msitake). She is such a bright, fun personality and makes my morning's enjoyable and less heavy with all of the adult stresses and responsibilities for just a moment as she sings my name through the intercom (really well I may add)! I leave the drive thu with those brief moments laughing and in a better mood and ready to start my day! Thank you, Allison, for all that you do, and being a positive in a world of negative - keep shining 🌞

I was in the drive thru about an hour ago and bought some drinks and I came back to use the restroom an hour later and the restroom had locks on it. So I asked the guy if I could get the code for the restroom. And he said that the restroom is for customers only.

I told him I was a customer and that I would buy something. He gave me the code so when I brought in my empty Starbucks cup that I just bought I showed them that I just bought. I was so mad that I threw it in the garbage. I told them I’m not paying to pee.

They made me really mad and on top of it the restrooms were absolutely disgusting and filthy. Sounds about right for Starbucks.

A disabled elderly couple walked in, there were 2 guys working for Stryker (the medical company) using the disabled table, the 2 disrespectful guys didn’t move to give them the only disabled table in the coffeeshop. We talked to the service team in Starbucks maybe they can step in and ask them to use a different table instead of the disabled one, the team didn’t act and mentioned “that the table can be used or not”. It also happens to be Disability Pride month which very ironic.

My venti mocha was missing about 1/4 of the mocha drink. Very disappointing! The cup felt light and when I opened it I saw why… photo is without any sips of coffee! order on app got there after app said order ready. Only one of 2 drinks was ready. Then they made an iced drink and not hot mocha like ordered. Waited 10 minutes while he made other coffees before getting my corrected coffee. 4 employees and I one guy doing all the coffees. You can do better than this Starbucks at Ray and 101!!!!

I ordered mocha frappe today 5-24-25 around 1 pm. So who ever you are that made it, it was very bad. & it’s not the first time. Also, just a fyi you’ll know when the mocha frappe is not made well when it’s a little too dark. So Who ever made my frappe please practice more cause i hate wasting my money & i don't like to always ask to remake it. only because i don't want to offend the barista. So, again please take time to learn on how to make mocha frappe.
