I love using my app to order ahead. I feel it saves time. What really bothers me is when staff can't seem to be bothered to read the customized things. I always get light ice and two (2) scoops of strawberries with my orders. For some reason, I never get light ice and only one (1) scoop of strawberry. One time, I didn't even get the strawberries. How hard is it to look the order before you prepare it??

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for this Starbucks location for a while now. I’ve been going here for a little over 2 years now (almost everyday of the week before work). The staff is always so friendly and attentive!! Shout out to Mary for always being the best and having a smile on her face! 10/10 my favorite Starbucks to come to.
