This location is realllly slow & dull. Even when they ask you to wait up front, after they take your order, you wait for about 15. Starbucks is pricey when most of the items, on the menu, are repetitive. At least at Dutch it’s slightly cheaper with more drink choices.

Avoid this location! They have 6 employees standing around and only 3 actually making drinks, waited over 30 mins and was told it would take another 10 for my mobile order that was already 10 mins late. Now I’m late to work with no coffee I paid for!

Service is terrible. I asked about my order and was told “I’m sure your order will be right out”. She did not offer to help and walked away. I ordered a venti and received a grande after waiting fifteen minutes for a single drink. This was not a complicated order so it’s usually made in reasonable time, even when they are busy. And it ended being the completely wrong order. This location is severely understaffed , which seems to be the theme with Starbucks in the last couple of years. The environment of the store was completely sterile and uninviting. Not a place you would want to go study or work from home at. Next time I will drive a little further to the local coffee bar bottle and bean down the street which is way cheaper than Starbucks ridiculous prices. I’m suspect that they delete negative reviews. Don’t be sorry be better✨

Decide to go inside to order, from ordering to getting my coffee took 12 minutes. Don’t waste your time going inside all they care about is the drive thru. Cashier input both drinks wrong. When I asked Chloe about my second drink she said “it’s coming”. Not “let me check for you- or it will come right up”. Not one smile or welcoming hello. I saw the barista at the machine put stickers to the side and make drive thru orders over cafe orders. Absolutely ridiculous.

They messed up my order I said a hot grande I pulled up at the window they handed me an ice drink

I know they got bothered When I said it was supposed to be hot.

They just poured the cold drink and warmed it up and they told me is all in the cup but they pour it in a venti cup instead of a grande cup.

Literally was the amount of a tall drink and it was cold.

Very unprofessional and careless and I paid almost 8 dollars for this drink and a muffin.

Literally the only Starbucks that doesn't greet you when you come in. Doesn't greet you after you've been standing at the counter waiting for an order for 5 minutes. Please stop clearing your drive-thru in lobby before you make my mobile orders. If I hear one more time about how busy your drive-thru is I'm going to throw up on your counter. I don't care. My order was placed so that I could pick it up on my way to my destination, not so I can wait for you to empty your drive-thru before you make my order. My order came first.
