I have a bit of a like/dislike relationship with Steak Escape. The food is good but it's a bit pricey, but I guess everything is getting more and more pricey with inflation the way it is in the early 20's. My main complaint though, is they are pretty slow to prepare food. Might just be how it is to make a cheese steak, but often it feels more like they are just under-staffed and aren't able to start preparing the orders very quickly so there's often just a long wait to get your food. I like that any of the sandwiches can be made as a salad and the option for that is right up on the menu so there's no question about your options as a customer

If you like overcooked steak and soggy fries this is the place to go! When did a cheese steak, fries, and a small drink cost $17?

You want to like it. Steak! Keto options! Wraps! Potatoes!... or not. Put of salad. Out of potatoes. They had wraps!The meat is so so. It's a $5 sandwich NOW (Would have been a $3 sandwich pre covid) for $10. Its..It's... not the worst sandwich.The blue cheese dressing? I'm glad I got it on the side. It's bad. Like, separated and been sitting out I'm the open for a year bad.Like, food safety issue bad.I get that it's not real blue cheese. It's canola oil and food starch with some cheesy bits and a flavor profile. It's still actually rancid.

Tastes pretty good, but the large Ultimate Escape which is supposed to be double steak and cheese comes with 3.5 pieces of frozen steak-ums and 5 half slices of provolone? I'd hate to see the regular portion. ??♂️

Had the Grand Escape for lunch. The sandwiches come in three sizes, and I bought the smallest size. They asked me if I wanted everything in it, and it told them yes for everything except no green bell peppers. It tasted good. Even the bread was grilled. It looked similar to the picture on the ad except a little thinner. Would I eat here again? Yes, the food was good, except that as this is the second time eating here, I now know that it is quite a long wait for them to prepare. Everyone waiting was there a very long time, longer than expected, about 15 minutes.

Fries were great the sandwich however was not so hot. The tomatoes were not sliced properly and I got an end of tomato on my sandwich, they also need to put the sandwich together differently so they don't fall apart.

Store closed before 8pm why state your open until 8 if your not. The workers just didnt want to do their job and take orders. Ridiculous. Lost my business!

Food was subpar. The meat was sooooo over cooked and the bread was ridiculously hard. Even after a redo; I he food wasn't any better. To make matters worse, I observed an employee sitting on his phone in the back, scratching his hair right next to a large container of fries!!! I couldn't eat my food, so the fact that it was terrible didn't hurt as much. Worst mall food experience ever!

I would give 0 stars if it would let me. Even though the restaurant stays open until 8:00 they turned off the grill at 7:00 so the only thing available is fries or chicken nuggets.

Pretty good. Better than average fast food. I had the Barnyard BBQ chicken and really liked it. The fries were ok. Overall a good place to eat if you are at the mall in Chandler.

Unfortunately this was my choice to give my hard earned money to this failing company. Signs all over the window on no free refills, no discounts for a combo due to labor costs? This owner has decided to charge more but give less, my friend and I ordered yesterday and I'm not exaggerating when I say there was literally one piece of meat on the hard crusty old sub bun they served it on. Don't waste your money, give it to a company that still cares about their guest. Wasted money .
