Cristian was the only one working and he was going back and forth with drive thru and lobby. Lobby started getting full and he still remained calm and had good behavior. The fact he was the only one there is crazy, props to him, he’s a strong man. Better than me for sure, good job Cristian, you’re doing amazing.

Arrived at store at 2337 and was turned away. Cashier said store closed at 2330 yet she confirmed that the store closes at 0000 (midnight) as the sign on door stated and would still not serve us
Have never had an issue arriving within 10 mins of closing with this store before

Stopped in a week or so before Christmas. Server screwed up my sandwich. She wouldn't listen when I tried to explain what was wrong and finally threw it in the garbage and started over. I wasn't paying attention when she re-made it and found out when I got home, it was still incorrect. Not my first time with terrible service. Find another Subway and stay away from this place.

I put an online order for my wife & I. We picked up our order at 6:49 pm on Monday October 20th.

Our footlong subs were very tasteful & full of ingredients. The young girl & boy there were very friendly! Did a great job throughout! Had great customer service!

Thank you to those 2 young kids & this Subway location. We'll definitely return to this location due to the customer service & tasteful food!

Everytime I go it’s good service especially with the worker Jayda she is so nice probably the nicest one there and she knows how to treat her customers and the my sandwiches are always so bomb everytime I go it’s usually her working and my sandwiches are good everytime definitely recommend going if she’s there

Waited in line behind one car for 15 minutes at 10pm in the drive through. Can't tell if the people ordering were incompetent or the workers- but when we drove around and looked in the window, there was one guy making sandwiches and two just standing there looking onto the abyss. Crazy.

How on earth does it take 40 MINUTES to make 2 sandwiches..... it wasn't even a rush guys. What could have possibly happened to make me wait 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches. They receive the order ahead of time too. After 30 minutes of waiting, they told me they're just now making it.. huge waste of time there and long waits from this location are frequent.

Never have meatballs for the beast or the boss sandwiches always slow to serve and this is the second time where I have hard bread and didn't order it tosted

Why do ya have this man with long hair working here. All he do is swing his hair and touch it with his gloves. As soon as I saw that I walked out. He should have a hairnet or his hair back.

Wasn't acknowledged at the drive thru so I had to just leave. Lights were on, there were employees in the store. It was 10pm on a Saturday. I don't need a sandwich bad enough to wait for 15 minutes at a drive thru window unfortunately

The worst service in my life waited in line for 20 minutes. The car behind me went around to the window and they took their order before they took mine and still trying to get a response on my order they wouldn’t answer. Don’t know if they’re new or the manager is new, but the service sucked Because they never responded to me. I left because I needed to know if my order was correct but the person took my order never got back on the mic and this is going through the drive-through. You all can’t handle the drive-through then you need to close it. And my order was a simple order ridiculous Been to many subways and never had to wait that long to do a order inside or outside so I had to go somewhere else really disappointed
My order would’ve been $50 or more so I had to go somewhere else because of the service

Would not recommend I was on way to airport so decided I'd get some healthy food before heading to airport since price inflation is ridiculous at sky harbor .I walk in also needing to use the restroom. So I go was somewhat greeted when I came in but didn't seem really genuine. I headed to bathroom and it was locked. I then went back to the guy up front with glasses and asked if there was a key he had and he stated someone was in it... no big deal but needed to use the bathroom Asap. Then he stated it was for customers only and I needed to buy something now prior to using the bathroom! I was appalled I had never heard such a racist remark I had asked why are the people in Phoenix that way I had advised him I am a customer but needed the bathroom asap. Then another worker leaves the bathroom and I didn't hear him wash his hands water or air dry not sure if it had disposable towels but I know for sure I did not hear a flush either..I had told the other worker that's rude of him to tell someone .he stated it's policy to remark this to people.when another employee came out he made sure the door shut without even asking if I obviously needed to use the bathroom .I go to it and it's locked. I go back again and tell them this the other other moron says the same thing it's not open for people only customers. I tell him as well I am a customer and I need to use use bathroom asap.he told me then buy something ..I was then aggravated and told him I have more money then you do ..he stated back to me I doubt it your walking around with a suitcase...well obviously heading to the airport this is necessary but he didn't Even ask he just assumed...I then wanted to challenge him but he got scared and was telling me to leave as I remarked I wouldn't do business with rude people like them .I then left..these kids should be fired and I am making a report to corporate .I make 150k a year and out on business little did he know I'm highly respected and to confuse me and mark me as someone I'm not is simply rude and something needs to be done about these individuals time approximately 12-30 pm
