It's been a while since I tried this subway due to past issues. Hence, why it's rated 3.4 stars. Today I was running my usual Thursday Fedex route and realized I wasn't going to be able to get a break in, so I gave them another chance. I'm glad I did because the two ladies there made my dining experience awesome. Mazey made me one of the best sandwiches Ive had in years. Kisha was the cherry on top with her wonderful personality. Definitely a 5 Star worthy experience. If you've had issues in the past with this location, you should give them another shot.

They need to train their staff to make sure they can operate the store before leaving them alone. Kid did not know how to make a SALAD.
I went in to buy a sandwich. Both employees were eating out front. One went behind the counter to make my sandwich without washing her hands contrary to Food Safety standards. I had to asked her to wash her hands. She didn’t seem to care about food safety. I left without getting any food. I work in the restaurant industry for many years and I am a ServeSafe certified Manager.

Worst experience zero star if possible, gave us wrong sandwich during pick up, missed churro. The call was hang up without answering. When we went back to store to correct order, lady plainly denied accepting it or giving us the correct order. The store still had good 15 mins left to close but she said it already closed.
We wasted 40 mins driving to and fro to meet rude and disrespectful staff. Sandwich was soggy with all wrong commodities. Recommend trying other restaurants around instead of wasting money and time here.

They dont give what you order. I ordered for meatballs and they gave me veggie delight. After asking for correct order they are telling me they are close have to come next day.
Service is bad and have no sense how to talk.
There timings are mentioned till 9 PM but they close the door at 8:30 PM and will not take order after 8:30 PM saying we are closed.
