This is my regular Subway location. I usually order in the app or online and pick up soon after, though sometimes I order in person. The staff is always friendly, and unlike another location that's closer to me they're generous with the toppings (I love the fresh veggies!). On the rare occasions they're out of something I paid for in advance, like avocado, they'll offer something to compensate, like a soda. Will definitely continue coming here.Parking: Ample parking spots in front of the building.

Owner picks fights with customers over food choices and glares and mixes food up and touches it with her bare hands I hate coming here because of her she’s rude and unprofessional.

Customer service at this location is the worst. Sometimes the door is locked. You never know if they're going to be open because they do not follow the hours listed. It's definitely a hit and miss for this location.

I usually don't bother commenting on bad experiences but this one is worth mentioning. I waited in line 25 minutes with my daughter to get her a sandwich. When we walked in there were only 2 people in front of us, yet somehow it took 25 minutes to get their sandwiches made. It was so bad customers turned to us and apologized for taking so long and it wasn't a complicated order. The employee never acknowledged our wait until I said something, then replied with oh yea we're kinda busy. We go to this Subway often but from now on if we see this employee there, we'll go somewhere else, it was that bad.

A cheese Flatbread pizza was ordered for delivery using the Subway app. It was not included in the order that was delivered. I will not be using the Subway app ever again. Instead, I will be using Doordash because they can rectify errors. Using the Subway app was a mistake I will not be making again!

The young lady who worked there was very nice and helpful, made my sandwiches just the way I liked them and was very cheerful. She was all smiles and said goodbye. Thank you Subway for hiring a young polite person.

If you don't know the difference between small and footlong, your probably shouldn't be working at Subway. Maybe try a parking lot attendant job. Clearly, I said small, yet I can tell she is making a big guy. No way would I pay $12 for any subway sub. Anyway, she started mumbling some crap,so I walked out as she was doing something to the sandwich that I didn't want to know.

This store opens at 9 and I walked in and the girl says "this is what we have out right now, if what you want isn't here I can't help you". I got there at 10:20 and she was like we opened late and not everything is out. You can go to the Queen creek one. Like what!!?

So clearly the staff wanted to get out an hour early, the open sign was off at 8:10pm, so I walked in door was unlocked, they looked unhappy. I ordered 3 sandwiches and and it took 20 minutes, the guy was clearly super slow, on purpose I’m sure.I ordered a drink and they said it was out of order, clearly it wasn’t, they just cleaned it, and didn’t want it to be used, super rude! With attitude won’t be back to this location!

We have had a variety of experiences at this Subway but the last few have been positive so I'm giving them credit for this. The young people that are typically working the afternoon/evening shifts are friendly and accommodating. We've had a few issues with the call-in or online order being incorrect but they've corrected it when we've called. The store itself is typically clean and there is plenty of space for customers to enjoy their meals there should they choose.
