This is on Chandler Boulevard right next to ranch market near Dobson. . I ordered a sandwich and I gave her all the details she asked me for. And she purposely did it wrong. She gave me an attitude. She said one minute and she’ll be back out and she didn’t come back out and I was left standing there. She did not finish my sandwich. She didn’t correct it. She just walked away and never came back out. I am mature enough where I use my manners. I have respect. I work in the health industry across the street from subway And she treated me like I’m garbage again I use my manners. She asked me what I wanted and I told her and I felt like I was an idiot. I will never go there again. I went there during the day at lunchtime never again. I would not advise this place ever I am going to Jimmy John’s.

Food was horrible, got like 2 olives on whole sandwich, also ordered baja Chipotle sauce and got vinegarette instead. Missing whole footlong and manager swears she put it in there so call doordash. Doordash says since I ordered thru subway, I need to call them and just back and forth on who's responsible for the missing sandwich!! Manager didn't know doordash number, but insists to call them for refund! Manager told me to come to store within next 2 days for sandwich when I specifically ordered delivery BECAUSE I CANT GET TO STORE! No care to resolve issue. Will keep calling and posting reviews until the item is refunded as that was my only request. I'll deal with the disgusting vinegarette sandwich I didn't ask for, but don't steal my money when product is missing.

This store is amazing when it comes to customer service me and my wife came in around noon time got two footlong spicy nacho chicken sandwiches Rhonda and sheena even though they were extremely busy were so polite and sweet . There team work is outstanding this is one of the best subways I have ever been to I will come again ...

Just yuck…. Food isn’t fresh. Lettuce was literally brown. Customer service isn’t that great. Won’t be back.
Ordered for delivery... wasn't toasted.. you could clearly see there wasn't extra meat or cheese and the bacon on chicken bacon ranch was even still cold and pale (not even microwaved). NASTY sandwhiches. PLUS their listed number doesn't work!

No good customer service at all. Most of the items are not fresh and also out of stock. We ordered chicken but they delivered Turkey and ham .. so pathetic. I never ever recommend this subway.

Beware: This subway is located in a Walmart. Had I known that, I wouldn't have done an app order from here.Subs were very thin on meat. Also they forgot to put banana peppers, oil and vinegar on my subs. They even forgot to cut them in half. When I asked the manager to fix them she said the reason they got so much wrong was "because they are learning". The customer shouldn't have to suffer just because new employees are learning. Whoever is training them should be watching them to make sure quality food is going out.This gives Subway a bad name and I won't ever be back here!

02/23/2024: 8.35pmThe review is NOT for the person who was working here but for the management who do not care about the customers.Not enough employees, not enough breads, some things were out of stock for a Friday night, and freaking expensive.I was in a hurry but still nice to the only person working there. But, I was hoping to get what I wanted but it didn’t work and had to manage on alternative availability.Not going again.

Now I was the only person waiting, no one eating in the area and no one in line after me and it was 7:45 pm. First, no was at the counter working, when the miserable lady saw me from the back she never even came out (I continued waiting, about 5 minutes) so I pushed the bell for service. You would have thought I was bothering her from doing something extremely important. Her demeanor and lack of professional behavior was beyond acceptable. She had the personality of the cheese she put on my sandwich. She was rude when I asked questions about the meat on the sandwich I ordered. It was a BMT, I didn't see the ham so I asked. She picked it up and waved it in the air, saying see it's ham. I asked for extra pickles and she told me "NO". I asked if I could have more then the 4 she placed on the sandwich then, she put 3 more on. Told me the manager told her she she couldn't put more pickles out and she closes at 10. I told her I will just go buy a jar for myself. She then rang me up and asked if I was leaving a tip. Are you kidding me... She was smart about it and said just push no then and if I wanted my receipt.To this store manager... Her hair was all over and hanging out ( not clean at all ), I never saw her change her gloves after touching appliances or coming from the back. Then she rang me and went to making another sandwich for someone and never changed her gloves. You have rude employees, no one has ever said no if I asked for extra pickles (then again I never got just 4 on my sandwich) and I was never treated like I was actually bothering them when I came in and ordered a sandwich. You have some serious issues in your store.I hope people read this and go to a better subway.

HORRIBLE experience! Older lady that was working 10/24/23 around 4:40 . I know they’re not paying you to watch the drinking fountain camera and accusing PAYING customer of “stealing” blue Powerade. I bought a bottle Gatorade and before I left I decided I was gonna put some ice in for the drive, she came at me accusing me saying I saw you on the camera refilling my bottled drink. I said no I was getting Ice and she replied with you better off. EXCUSE ME ?!? Someone higher up please teach this lady some manners. Unless you’re a security guard, don’t be accusing them, especially if they paid to eat there. 0 STARS.

Slowest sandwich maker i have seen in my life, he was so slow it had entertainment value, like everything he did was slow... It was hard not to burst out laughing... I have never seen something like that before... But he made my sandwich with over humanly precision, it was perfectly made to order...
The bread tasted awful I bought 2 cookies and only received one, I walked there pregnant by the time I got home and noticed it was too late to walk back to get it fixed a mess up on any day is meh but something about being pregnant and walking to get the food just for it to be messed up with your last few bills is a different kind of hurt
30min wait for a 6in sub :(
Awful. Ordered delivery from the website, they got both sandwiches WRONG left off all the extras we paid extra for (but included a receipt with all the extras listed), left off the chips, absolutely terrible service. They don't give any phone numbers on receipts or the website to call. Googling the number gets me to one that's just a busy signal. DO NOT ORDER from this restaurant, especially delivery.
