I think we need some re-tooling at this location. This is the worst bacon lettuce tomato sandwich I’ve ever had. This is pure uncooked fat. If we raise hourly then shouldn’t you also raise your standards and consistently??

3 employees working when I walked in as the only customer. All 3 were completely blitzed. So stoned they couldn't have screwed in a lightbulb between the 3 of them. Left me standing at the counter for about 4 minutes before they even acknowledged me (they were just pacing back and forth talking, looked like they couldn't remember what they were supposed to be doing). Took over 12 minutes to make two cold sandwiches (1 topping on one, 4 toppings on the other). I swear the dude thought the cheese was gonna bite him. Forgot the sandwich I asked for FOUR times (it was a ham and cheese), and got all the way through checking my order out while I had to tell him 3 times I still needed the second sandwich. When he finally acknowledged me you'd have thought I asked him to explain quantum physics. 30 seconds of just blankly stairing at me. Ya get what ya pay for, Subway!

Food is not the best,but when you are hungry, you don't careService,is like self service, but if you mention the free meal coupon on Facebook they will treat you different, they act like they don't know the menu or can't give you any suggestions, it's a buy one get one freeBut you still a customer! I'm just saying ?

When i went in to pick up my togo order. The person behind the counter was stublimg and acting inebriated. Whe i got home i was my sandwi hes made were wrong and they were falling apart before i even unwrapped them because they were made so poorly.

I order a salad all the time. I received it, and the meat is all whole and not cut up. I asked if they could cut the meat up, and they said no because corporate policy and its probably because someone cut themselves on a big machine. It's a salad, why they can't use a bread knife or normal knife and accommodate my request for the meat to be cut up if im specifiacally requesting it. I will probably never order a salad again from Subway in general if that really is policy and they can't cut meat but can cut bread.

I'll never order through the app again unless I am at the restaurant. I always order deluxe upgrade to my sandwich, and they almost never include it. Again tonight the same problem. Plus this idiot couldn't even read. I asked for lite ranch dressing, and it was soggy because there was so much ranch, and he forgot the chipotle sauce altogether. Following a simple order form is apparently too much to ask these days.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve gotten in a long time. We had a large order which made one of the girls very frustrated and she asked us why we just didn’t cater. I was picking up subs for several different families at a softball tournament. She did not hide her frustrations and was very rude to me. The other girl was very sweet.
