Only one person working. Very very slow service. Only two customers were in front of me, I gave up after 40 minutes and left without sandwich. Avoid ,this place deserves to run out of business

Can you believe this place don’t like to use gloves. Food goes on floor if you don’t watch they take food and put in your sandwich. Very bad in quality.

It is 2:32 on October 23rd 2024. I come to this location often. Every time I've been here the staff has been pleasant, and accommodating. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but at this time I was so offended by the lady that was working that I have to say something. The young man that was helping me did a great job, but she was over his shoulder tell him what he can cannot do. She was so rude and unpleasant like she had something better to do, and didn't want to be here. She was even rude to the young lady, and Mother that came in after me. I have read some of the other posts, of people trying to avoid this place when I have had great experiences up until now. It's probably the attitude of this impatient and rude lady that didn't want to be bothered by anyone including her own coworker. Like I said I like this place, but before I enter next time I will look in and make sure she's not there. So disappointed. People shouldn't treat others like that. No matter what.

I’ve been to this location twice in a month. Zero customers waiting both times and yet in both instances the same employee was more focused on completing other tasks besides assisting the only customer in the store. I normally avoid this location unless absolutely necessary. Two for two negative experiences isn’t great to turn that opinion around.

The slowest subway I have ever been to. Was standing in line behind two others, and only one person was working the counter while the other was stocking. When it was finally my turn, the guy said he was going to take an online order instead of me, even though the online order came in after I had been standing in line, this is absolutely ridiculous and I left after being in the subway almost 30 minutes and not getting any food.

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because Callie, I don’t know how to spelll her name, was amazing. Barely a few days on the job and super young, all by herself at night. She was so stressed but handled it so well. She made my sandwich perfect and didn’t skip a beat. I do however feel that it is highly inappropriate for her to be by herself especially at night. She is a child, and I really hope her parents know she’s working alone. It was upsetting seeing the poor girl handle all the orders (again like a champ) by herself. Do better subway. I don’t want to have to call bbb. Give her a raise as well.

Horrible service the manger is rude my wife ordered online was charged and got there and they said we never got the order and my wife showed her the receipt and order they said no food.
I had a great experience here! The manager and the crew member who is there are very nice and funny! My sub was super yummy. I am sad I didn't get to take a picture of it. It was made to perfection!
