Horrible service the manger is rude my wife ordered online was charged and got there and they said we never got the order and my wife showed her the receipt and order they said no food.

I had a great experience here! The manager and the crew member who is there are very nice and funny! My sub was super yummy. I am sad I didn't get to take a picture of it. It was made to perfection!

Ordered the #7 Mexicali sub online and somehow got a shredded chicken (similar to tuna texture). It doesn't remotely resemble the item I ordered. Will not be ordering subs from here again!

We came in for lunch and We were the only ones ordering and he rushed us through the line like he was as late for an appointment or something! Rolled his eyes when I asked a question. Wanted toasted bread but he “forgot” and blamed it on me. Looked up only to roll his eyes. RUDE and clearly hates people, his job or both. Floor was dirty with a mop and bucket right in the middle of the walkway. Find another location. Customer Service sucks here !

RUDE AND NO REGARD FOR FOOD ALLERGY!!! I brought my teenage daughter and her friend in to get sandwiches. The friend has a food allergy and politely told the employee when she first stepped up to have her sandwich made. She asked to see the ingredient list for the bread. This is something she does every time because as we all know, restaurant recipes can change from time to time. The employee that seemed to be in charge approached and said she couldn't bring the ingredient list out because it is on a box that was in the freezer. So, our friend asked if the recipe had changed recently and the employee says, "Oh yes, they change the recipes often." So our friend again asked to see the ingredient list. The employee finally went back to get the box to show our friend. When she came back out with the box, she said, "You've come in before and ask to see the box every time." To which, our friend, patiently said, "Yes, because I'm deathly allergic and have had restaurants change their recipe on foods I frequently eat before, so now I need to double check anytime I order." The employee grumbled on about how the recipe is always the same so she shouldn't need to make her go get the ingredient list each time. Our young friend was incredibly patient and never said anything unkind, even though this employee was being very rude and dismissive. I let it slide because our friend was handling it very well. After we got our food, as we were getting the fountain drink before leaving, I heard the employee complaining to another employee about our friend, saying, "She comes in every time and demands to see the box every time and it never changes..." I had enough and turned to confront the employee but she was just walking into the back room. I waited for a couple of minutes but she did not return. Well, we will not return either.

The absolute worst service in a long time. Your horrible service was named Jay. She spelled it out for me as she yelled it and boasted that she is the manager.She then yelled at me "bye, I'm not going to argue over tuna" I responded she's not arguing over tuna, she has a complaint over her service.To which she replied "bye" with her obnoxious behavior.You should be ashamed of yourselves to alow such extreme aggressive behavior towards your customers.You measure the tuna to lvl scoops and I bought extra. She spend it throughput the sandwich and off the sandwich onto the paper, then from the paper she put it back in your bowl. Obviously stealing it from the measured scoop. I pointed this out and she obnoxious threw her finger in the air and said there's cameras and she has to measure the scoops. I responded that wasn't the complaint, the complaint is that you put my measured scoop back in your dish stealing it from me. She then put her fingers up and said only a little bit... to which I asked why? And then the response above yelling at me that she's not going to argue over tuna.I had to ask her name 5x to which she boasted "I'm the manager". To which I insist her name then.Rude, obnoxious, curt, short tempered, and complete dismissal of customer service.You messed up promoting this one...
