Today is Valentines day!! 2025 There was one worker!! ONE!! his name is Patrick!! He held it down with more than 6 people in line!! Give him props!! Like myself have worked for subway!! This same one in fact 20 years ago!!

Horrible customer service, after waiting more than 15 minutes, worker argued with me about how I wanted my sandwich prepared, won’t be going back. Don’t go here if you like customer service!

Very poor food quality the bread is to old and dry and serves also very bad when I say the bread is so dry the girl ignored it and her behavior is so rude chicken taste like rubber and soda machine is not working properly I don’t go this subway again and I even not recommend on this subway

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Literally walk in. Two employees sitting there making one sandwich. No welcome in. We stood in line for 5 minutes while they ignored us. We proceeded to walk out because they were high and just ignoring us and refused to take order. Time went in was 4:29 pm. Worse employees there by far and haven’t had issues in past.

We stopped in to get sandwiches on our way to the hospital. I specifically said pepper only on my husband sandwich and the girl making it loaded it with salt and pepper, which has caused him to stay another day in the hospital. The girl making the sandwich was rude and acted like she hated her job.

I’m not one to write reviews but I have the worst experience in this place. My mom went to buy turkey sandwich and she told a gentleman standing by the register apparently the workers did not have any communication and another worker (girl) made it with the wrong bread and no turkey. All there was in the sandwich were veggies and cheese…
She came home and when we noticed it’s wrong we came back to this place. The same worker(girl) had a terrible attitude saying pay extra $2 and I’ll put the turkey cold on the side. Or if we want it to be re-made we have to pay for another sandwich.
What made me mad is in front of my mom she is implying that my mom is lying. So disrespectful. She was rolling her eyes the entire time and kept going on in the line.
When I asked for the manager she said she can’t get him because he left and she can’t call him.
The worse costumer service I’ve ever seen. I’m in this industry as well and I know there is always a way to fix problems. And if you can’t handle problems maybe you’re at a wrong profession.

I came in Sunday night of April 7th. The worker was super sweet and managed how busy it was so well! On a sunday night @7pm i think there should be more than one person working because it was a lot for one person.

So we stopped by this location one Saturday night around 8:50p. I know that they close at 9p but we were hoping to be able to grab a quick sandwich. Wrong! As soon as we walked in, we noticed that the entire food line had been pulled out and was being packed up. The young man then told us that he only had turkey and pepperoni left to serve. Now, I’ve worked in food service and know that you can clean your line, but you should still serve until you close. Very disappointing but also my fault for expecting service 10 mins before they closed.PS. The Subway in the Walmart, a few minutes away, stays open until 10p :)

My BBQ Is Better Than YOURS!

Just walked out tonight (10/1/23 @ about 8pm) because this young lady messed up on my husband's order. She put Mayo on his sandwich & he did not ask for mayo. We told her just yellow mustard lite(meaning alittle not alot) then she comes back saying we said mayo & mustard. No we did not. Pay attention to detail!She literally grabbed the mayo off the spinach and olives & was going to continue to make his sandwich. Um NO! Not good at all. It was not busy at all, so we do not know what the problem was. And the sandwiches were looking so good till she put Mayo on his sandwich. Yuck!

Ordered on the app and when I arrived to get the sandwiches. The sandwiches were not good. Bought two and only ate half a one since I was so hungry. Asked for a refund, was told I had to come in to get it. I only work in chandler four times out of the month and live all the way in Goodyear so that makes it difficult. I called last week and spoke with Paul the manager and he told me to come to get refund and show him pictures of the sandwich. When I got there he had gone so I left my number and name with the employee there and she told me Paul would call me back. Never got a call back. Also expressed dissatisfaction on the app and no resolution on there either. Poor customer service. Going to call my credit card now and dispute the charge. I haven’t had much luck ordering on the app…better to just go in person and show them exactly how you like the sandwich made. I would have continued my business but with how much hassle it has been to just get a refund of 14 bucks…I don’t think I will come back to this location.

Honestly, the service here was horrendous. Paul initially started with my sandwich. No where during the interaction, until the very end, did he bother asking me if I had another item to order. Once he finally asked if I needed anything else, and it was communicated that I needed another sandwich, I was met with a deep sigh of disappointment and a response of getting the other employee, an older lady who was quite rude herself, to help since “he had to use the restroom”. Quite frankly, that’s a complete lie given the sigh of disappointment. Further, the older lady who was helping with my second sandwich wasn’t very helpful and gave me very sassy responses. A DoorDash driver even came during this time and they were met with the same attitude from this lady. I understand we all have bad days at work, hell I’m going through one at this very moment. But if you’re going to be in a customer facing role, be decent enough to fake it till you make it. Extremely disappointed with this visit. and will not be returning to this location, and strongly discourage others from doing the same.
