They mess up our online orders all the time. So frustrating. I asked for no cheese, oil and vinegar. I had cheese with no oil and vinegar. My son asked for shredded cheese, he had no cheese and they added banana peppers and jalapeño on his. He also asked for oil and vinegar and did not receive it.

Was gonna order at this location but decided not too cuz I was told I wasint allowed to have my sandwhich made the way I want and had to uuse one of the menu items only, ontop of that, the employee, (a larger man with a beard) had a nasty attitude and was disrespectful. I know for a fact subways are supposed to let you customize your sandwhich the way ylu want. Dont go here if you want a sandwhich how you like it. Cause apperently the employees wont allow it.

This place has horrendous customer service, the workers slack off, always in a bad mood, and don’t know how to manage a line of 3 people. Don’t multitask, don’t know where anything is and just slow service. Horrible, second time we have had an experience like this and I’d recommend heading to another subway if you are considering this one.

I came to this Subway around 9:25 PM and ordered a tuna sandwich. The employee prepared it while wearing gloves, but I noticed she used her gloved hand to grab the tuna and spread it directly onto the bread. Even though gloves were used, I feel that using proper utensils would have been more sanitary and professional.

This place is probably the best subway I've been the worker that made my sub that day.
Went above and beyond to make my sub detailed they way I like and kept repeating if it was correct to my directions man this guy was a sub artist. Hardly get a worker like him hope he there overtime I go back

Idk what happened but the last three door dash orders I've made have came with missing ingredients or missing my drink and chips. Is there no way they can substitute items? Or at least let the dasher know so they can call and see what I want instead.

Love the consistency of subway no matter which one you go to. This one didn’t disappoint. Italian BMT on Herb and cheese bread was so good!

I had a really disappointing visit at this Subway. The employee behind the counter had a bad attitude from the start. He didn’t ask if my order was for here or to go, and the whole interaction felt rushed and cold. There was zero effort to be polite or welcoming, just a general sense that he didn’t want to be there and definitely didn’t care about customer service. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. If someone clearly hates their job that much, maybe it’s time for a change, because it really shows.

Paul, I think is his name needs an attitude coaching. Several bad interactions/moods during transactions doesn't look good to my eyes. I've had assistant manager experience in two restaurants and know that you can do better. Food was cold today.

Stood in line waiting for over 20 minutes and the employees were more focused on making the online orders of people who weren't even there than helping the customers actually in the store.

Awful service! Walked out since my order wasn't going to be taken anytime soon!

They have a drive through so that's sweet. Otherwise it's basically just another Subway. Food was good though.

The recent reviews make since at this location. The customer service here is horrible. I went in Monday and asked to use a coupon and the guy kept saying I have to use it online unless I had a physical copy. Though there was only one person in front of me and nobody behind, the guy told me I couldn’t tell him my order and I’d have to do it through the app if I wanted to use the coupon, basically insisting I had to take the sandwich how they made it though I was technically the only person in line and they usually mess up simple orders. Not to mention after that they both started gossiping because the girl mumbled something under her breath with an attitude.

Today is Valentines day!! 2025 There was one worker!! ONE!! his name is Patrick!! He held it down with more than 6 people in line!! Give him props!! Like myself have worked for subway!! This same one in fact 20 years ago!!
