Idk what happened but the last three door dash orders I've made have came with missing ingredients or missing my drink and chips. Is there no way they can substitute items? Or at least let the dasher know so they can call and see what I want instead.

Love the consistency of subway no matter which one you go to. This one didn’t disappoint. Italian BMT on Herb and cheese bread was so good!

I had a really disappointing visit at this Subway. The employee behind the counter had a bad attitude from the start. He didn’t ask if my order was for here or to go, and the whole interaction felt rushed and cold. There was zero effort to be polite or welcoming, just a general sense that he didn’t want to be there and definitely didn’t care about customer service. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. If someone clearly hates their job that much, maybe it’s time for a change, because it really shows.

Paul, I think is his name needs an attitude coaching. Several bad interactions/moods during transactions doesn't look good to my eyes. I've had assistant manager experience in two restaurants and know that you can do better. Food was cold today.

Stood in line waiting for over 20 minutes and the employees were more focused on making the online orders of people who weren't even there than helping the customers actually in the store.
Awful service! Walked out since my order wasn't going to be taken anytime soon!

They have a drive through so that's sweet. Otherwise it's basically just another Subway. Food was good though.

The recent reviews make since at this location. The customer service here is horrible. I went in Monday and asked to use a coupon and the guy kept saying I have to use it online unless I had a physical copy. Though there was only one person in front of me and nobody behind, the guy told me I couldn’t tell him my order and I’d have to do it through the app if I wanted to use the coupon, basically insisting I had to take the sandwich how they made it though I was technically the only person in line and they usually mess up simple orders. Not to mention after that they both started gossiping because the girl mumbled something under her breath with an attitude.

Today is Valentines day!! 2025 There was one worker!! ONE!! his name is Patrick!! He held it down with more than 6 people in line!! Give him props!! Like myself have worked for subway!! This same one in fact 20 years ago!!

Very poor food quality the bread is to old and dry and serves also very bad when I say the bread is so dry the girl ignored it and her behavior is so rude chicken taste like rubber and soda machine is not working properly I don’t go this subway again and I even not recommend on this subway

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Literally walk in. Two employees sitting there making one sandwich. No welcome in. We stood in line for 5 minutes while they ignored us. We proceeded to walk out because they were high and just ignoring us and refused to take order. Time went in was 4:29 pm. Worse employees there by far and haven’t had issues in past.

We stopped in to get sandwiches on our way to the hospital. I specifically said pepper only on my husband sandwich and the girl making it loaded it with salt and pepper, which has caused him to stay another day in the hospital. The girl making the sandwich was rude and acted like she hated her job.

I’m not one to write reviews but I have the worst experience in this place. My mom went to buy turkey sandwich and she told a gentleman standing by the register apparently the workers did not have any communication and another worker (girl) made it with the wrong bread and no turkey. All there was in the sandwich were veggies and cheese… She came home and when we noticed it’s wrong we came back to this place. The same worker(girl) had a terrible attitude saying pay extra $2 and I’ll put the turkey cold on the side. Or if we want it to be re-made we have to pay for another sandwich. What made me mad is in front of my mom she is implying that my mom is lying. So disrespectful. She was rolling her eyes the entire time and kept going on in the line. When I asked for the manager she said she can’t get him because he left and she can’t call him. The worse costumer service I’ve ever seen. I’m in this industry as well and I know there is always a way to fix problems. And if you can’t handle problems maybe you’re at a wrong profession.
