Came here multiple times for D***Dash, ive never seen staff so high (you can smell it) and a line of ppl waiting an hour for food. Drug test these kids. World Series night was a nightmare pickup at the Chandler location. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

It is November 1st 2025 7:25pm. Your night shift team is absolutely horrible. In the most unprofessional way this experience was terrible. Whomever owns and manage this store needs to be fired and new management is needed immediately! The employees are intoxicated off marijuana or some kind of drugs. One employee is complaining about needing a break in front of 5 customers. They’re running out of food because the employees aren’t cutting fresh produce, baking bread or
prepping the meats to create the food we pay for in advance. How is the entire store out of supply hours before closing? Not only that the employees made the sandwiches extremely sloppy with all topping falling out of the sandwiches! One almost left a knife in the paper wrap of my sandwich. Do you know what kind of harm that could’ve potentially caused myself and children? Also a sandwich shop that has fresh produce and meats shouldn’t be out of stock at 7pm! We’re in Ocotillo a very affluent neighborhood and we do not pay taxes in this neighborhood to be treated unprofessionally at our stores that we shop. This is unacceptable Subway, do better for your business!

Ordered Uber Eats from here and I ordered a combo for $10 more, but didn’t even get my chips OR drink. The bag of my sandwich also wasn’t even sealed it was open so idk if it was the driver or the store. So I drive to the location and the guy just tried to say it wasn’t his fault at first and I said well I don’t really care who’s fault, but Uber said it’s the stores responsibility to give all items and he then said well yeah that was my bad on the chips but not the drink. So whatever I get my stuff and go home to eat and the sandwich is literally soaked in the mayo and chipotle I had added. Soggy bread and it’s just a literal mess. And trust me I’m a Mayo girly, I LOVE extra Mayo but this is just gross. Won’t be going to this location anymore. If they can’t get an order right on MULTIPLE parts of it, what else is going wrong at that location?

Very odd experience at this location. Walked in a little after 8pm wirh a group of 5, each ordered 1 sandwhich. The two workers took longer than I thought was humanly possible to put some meat and lettuce on some bread and serve it to us. One guy kept wiping his nose with his forearm the entire time he's making your sandwhich and kept forgetting your order seconds after you give it to him. By the time we actually sat down with our food it was probably 8:30pm. The employees turned off the lights around 8:45pm while we were still seated at the booth. Obviously they were trying to close early and were not happy we came in. We finished up and were out the door around 8:50pm, at which point they immediately locked the door as if they were scared to death another customer might sneak in. I understand work sucks and I get not wanting to be there, but this was a little much. Also not fun being hurried along after making us stand there and watch you act like taking orders and making sandwiches is somehow too hard for you. Come here if you're having too good of a day and need to be brought down a notch.

I went in 20 minutes before they closed, I had just gotten out of work and not having the best day. JAKIE, THANK YOU!!! you never know what someone is going through, and something as simple as making a sandwich with great customer service made all the difference. I appreciate you, ma'am

Steve was very professional and fast even though he was by himself with a lot of orders. He handled the pressure well, and our sandwiches were delicious. A few customers were upset, but he did the best he could given the circumstances.

To say my service was terrible would be an understatement. Whoever trained the employees that worked on sunday (10/13) did a terrible job. Ordered food, they not only made it wrong, but had me re-order it online, then argued about my order.... Absolutely lazy employees with no work ethic or customer service skills. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I visited this location in August after ordering online for the BOGO deal and added a $5 foot long cookie. I have ordered before from here and had no issues but when I came this time I noticed that the bag was light. It was missing the cookie that I had ordered so I asked one of the guys working there if they had forgot the cookie and they said that they were out of them. I asked for a refund for the $5 and they said that they didn't know how to do that? How can there be no manager to do a refund for $5? I contacted the corporate offices and they referred me to a District Manager (Sal?) and he asked for me but never got back to me. Still waiting for to find out if I will ever get my refund or at least the cookie that I paid for!

We were there yesterday, August 17,2024 and ordered two foot long veggie sandwiches. We asked it to be toasted. It was not toasted properly. In addition I got a bell pepper ? with barcode in my sandwich. The place was almost deserted around 7:15 in the evening. So, we waited till the person preparing the sandwich came out from the back. During this time we ate the sandwich putting the bell pepper aside. Once he came back from the back, I gave him the wrapper with the barcode bell pepper and told him that your toaster doesn't seem to be working properly as it doesn't heat well the sandwich. The bread was like a chewing gum without proper heating.

He told me if we wanted it to be extra crispy, we should have asked him. Well, we have eaten at other Subway s before and never had such experience. He did ask us if we wanted another sandwich, but we had already eaten the sandwich while waiting for him to come out. There was no apology from him. In addition, they were out of black peppers too.
