SUBWAY®Restaurants

Would not honor my retail me not coupon, even tho it has the malls address on it with this locations sweet number. Extremely dissatisfied.

Horrible service today. I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for one person that was trying to make sandwiches & handle the register. There were three employees in the back that would come out and get a soda for themselves or just stand around talking. The other employees could tell how busy he was but never landed a hand to the employee that was doing everything. People were walking away and going to other restaurants and they still had their meals before We got our two sandwiches. I will never go back to the subway again.

If I could give it no stars I would. Customer service is horrible. The owner needs to reevaluate how this place is run and who he has behind the counter. I understand its a subway...but customer service is still key

Been here a few times and have never once gotten a smile or thank you. Horrible service.
