Garbage service from teenagers without a clue. I waited 5 minutes to be greeted by my server who took 3 trips just to get me coffee cream n sugar. Another two trips for ice water and napkins and cutlery. Disgustingly dirty patio table tops. Dirty patio floor full of leaves, trash and debris, completely un-swept, un-mopped un cared for. Un remarkable French toast. Un classy immature .very young hostess and servers on a Sunday morning should stay working at McDonalds.

Service was wonderful but the food didnt taste good. The hollaindaise sauce was genuinely like a cheese sauce and wasnt good and the water didnt help. My dads omlette wasnt good and their water made our throat all funky. Really wanted to like this place but the food was expensive and not quality. I did not get what i paid for. Meal cost 70 dollars for VALVEETA CHEESE SAUCE. :(

Sunny’s has a classic diner vibe with quick, friendly service and a great brunch setup. We enjoyed tasty coffee and a mimosa flight which was a solid deal plus hearty dishes like chicken fried steak and biscuits with gravy. Overall it was a fun and satisfying brunch spot and I’m already planing to try the pancakes next time.

This Chandler spot has been around a long time and is known for serving simple comfort food. The food is decent and t’s a laid-back place where you can roll in after the gym or in sweats for a quick bite.

One of the best breakfast burritos I've had in a long time! It's massive too. I got the sausage and bacon. Definitely ordering again. (the bite looks empty but that was just the top, the whole thing was full)

A helpful host and quaint style decor, eat at counter and plenty of seating through out. The food has big portions and they have mimosas and espresso or mochas. The menu is generous, it was hard to choose, I had a chorizo and egg burrito and my husband had the chicken fried steak with gravy and biscuits. So Delicious!!!! Our server was so attentive and fun. We will be back. It was worth every penny.

First time here. Went with my nephew. The place was busy but not overly crowded. We were sat immediately. The food was good. I got the parfet and a couple of sunny side-up eggs. The eggs were excellent and I rather enjoyed my fruit and yogurt. Would visit again.

Food here is absolutely incredible! I'm obsessed with their French toast—every bite is a burst of flavor that’s simply delicious. And the people? They are truly fantastic!

It's laughable that I paid 18 for a horrible breakfast sausage burrito. Bacon Burrito with one slice of bacon and a load of potatoes. Call it a potato burrito: cheap Sausage and frozen potatoes. Filiberto has better and tastier burritos. First time ordering and the last time. Not again.
