It takes 30-40 mins to get through the line I get it’s long but yall are just making drinks it can’t be that hard
Love swig, been going to the first one that opened up in Saint George Utah so happy they have one in Vegas now
I just left the Swig in Murphy, TX & have a drink all over my floorboard. The lid wasn’t put on all the way. Not only that but I asked the girl who I ordered from questions about the drink I ordered. She didn’t explain it correctly & got a blended drink. When I got to the window & told the girl about the mistake by her co-worker, she acted so put out & annoyed that they didn’t explain it correctly. Horrible customer service.
I went to my first one today. And went to another store left my drink in the car. Hubby and Dog spilled my drink on accident. The people at Swig gave me a free drink. How sweet will forever be a fan.
$8 for 2 sodas… Never returning. Apparently they won’t refill your own mug due to COVID… BUT IF you have their “swig” mug, they will refill that… since COVID doesn’t impact those. What a crock.
I loveeee this place. got to go while visiting Kansas city. I hope we get one in st. Louis or over in IL where i live.

Everybody who works here is extremely friendly and more than happy to answer questions or give recommendations. My family's favorite drink is the Texas tab!
Kid-friendliness: Our kids wanted to spend their allowance money on some yummy drinks and the workers were very patient and kind to my kids!

Asked for light ice and got extra ice. Wouldn’t normally post about something like this but the customer service at this location has always been really bad and the employees are often rude. Will be returning to the Scottsdale location but won’t be back here!

I AM IN LOVE! OPTIONS! OPTIONS! OPTIONS! Order one of their creations like the Happy Camper or the Buttery Beer. Or make your own concoction like Coke, coconut cream and fresh lime... there are so many possibilities of sodas, teas, waters, hot chocolates. Blended, iced or hot. Then get their chocolate chip cookies that are little bites of cookie dough heaven. I can't stop going here!!! Pricing is fantastic! So much fun!

It's a really good fountain drink place with very unique and tasty flavors. The lady who helped us was very kind and guided us on which drinks to get as it was our first time here.

The drink menu at Swig is off the charts.
I got the 'unlucky ducky' that is made out of Sprite, lemonade, and strawberry. It was tasty and refreshing. Loved the shark gummy that was used to decorate the drink.
The sugar cookie is OK.

Was so excited to try the gluten-free s’more cookie. It was delicious and I hope they continue to carry it and bring it to more of their stores. My sister-in-law bought me one from the South Jordan store so I could enjoy it in Syracuse.
Hailey was a Rockstar. Very great customer service. For a soda stop I'd hoped for a better hang out area...only two tables and not the atmosphere you expect. But otherwise good!

Swig is one of the many soda shops in The Valley, the only one I know of that is open on Sunday, so that's bonus points. All the drinks I've had are great and I also have to recommend the mini chocolate chip cookie. The pretzel bites are pretty good as well, not my favorite, but a good pick up while I'm out.
