Taco bell, cheap, sometimes great but always reliable

Horrible customer service here! I decided to dine in, grabbed 2 double stacks and a side of fries. The fires were cold and hard so I asked for some fresh fries. They made me wait as if they were going to provide FRESH fries, but the fries were the SAME temperature as the ones I'd taken back. Everyone in the kitchen and the counter looked at me strangely when I stood there for more fries. Just to wait another time around for the actual fresh fires. I'll never visit this horrible location again. This was my first time, but it certainly will be my LAST TIME!!!!!!! Do matter MANAGEMENT, your crew is TRASH!!!!!!

Honestly this is the best Taco Bell location I have ever seen. No issues with my orders, friendly people, good quality. I would drive past another Taco Bell to come here. You guys are great! Keep it up.

Pulled into the drive thru and they said their electronics went out. Okay fine, two cars behind me, the manager comes out and I say can I back up to get out? She says it would be best to pull forward I’m am going to block this off. The other cars behind me back up and pull away and she blocks the drive thru. I had to wait over 10 minutes for the people in front of me to get their food!!! Which I am unable to get because their computer went down! Why would you make me wait for that!!! I could have easily back up and out!

Damn. Those kids can really make some good cinnamon twists.
i made a delivery order and it was delivered to the wrong address. I made the order through the tacobell app but it was misdelivered by doordash. after no luck reaching doordash i went through the drive through to replace my order and explained what happened. The staff was so nice to me and threw in cinnamon twists & a drink upgrade for the situation. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they were very nice about it and still tried to make it right. Very appreciative of their kindness 🙂

My Grubhub account was hacked and a fraud order was placed. A Grubhub representative and I both tried to contact this location with no response. When calling, the number listed does not put calls through, so it's either disconnected or not set up properly.

Had the worst experience with a skinny young lady at the front counter that had the worst attitude towards working. This place definitely needs some training in customer service especially towards other industry workers. Do yourself a favor drive the extra mile towards Guadalupe if you want a better experience.
Parking: Parking was great.. unlike the front desk employee!
