Drive-thru was packed, so I opted to hit the interior scene. I used the personal order kiosk because staff was busy. Devyn asked what my name was and helped get my order to me, which I appreciated immensely. Once I got my order that I’ve been craving all day, I remembered to ask for mild sauce. Rahim, “the dream,” came in clutch with the variety of sauces. This is my go-to Taco Bell spot, been supporting since my old high school days. Thanks, Taco Bell, for satisfying my cravings.

Absolutely terrible. They barely put any beans or beef in the food. I ordered a double decker taco and it was basically just lettuce and cheese. Long wait times and seem very disorganized.

Lately I have been receiving cold food. I had my husband go back in after getting my food from the drive thru and asking for it to be fresh. I get home and the taco meat is cold. I am not one to complain or be difficult, but how is the meat cold?
