I like to think of myself as a Taco Bell connoisseur. Meaning I eat WAY too much of it to be healthy. Six months I've been going to this one. Not ONE time have they messed up my order. They once gave me the WRONG order, but it was the dinner rush and it was quickly rectified. Y'all are seriously sleeping on this particular taco bell. Always on point, always friendly, and whenever I grab a doordash order from here, they always offer me as a driver a drink. :)

I arrived for them to tell me I ordered at the wrong location because they couldn't find my order. I reopened my order, was at the right location and before I drove to the wrong store I went inside again. Someone else found my order (shocker) and said it was still being prepared. I received my order with NO APOLOGIES for their error. Good steak burrito dippers by the way.

Hello, I went to this Taco Bell on 1/22/2025 and when I got home some of my order was wrong or missing items, called spoke with Kevin and he was very nice and advised us that he will replace my order of the items we were missing which I got the #7 Chicken Quesadilla Combo, the Supreme Luxe Box and Discovery Luxe Box and 1 Cheese Roll up. I had asked for no creamy jalapeno sauce and they had it on there, we where missing the dipping sauce and cinnamon twist from the Discovery Luxe Box. Kevin advised that he would replace those two meals and we did not have to come back that night (1/22/2025). We went back on 1/23/2025 between 10-11am and advise the lady at the front what Kevin told me and gave me such a hard time made me feel like I was lying and said umm we do not replace the full order if we are missing something we only replace what was missing, I said I understand that however Kevin told me that I could have the full order and I going by what he said, she was so RUDE, DISREPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL and I will never go back to this location again unless need to it will not be my first choice. I did call and spoke with Vance and said he will speak with her.

The food be cold as ice by the time it was given to me, the wait wasnât long but somehow the food came cold. I got the food and felt it and I was like âdang, I c. This is not McInteresting at allâ . Wonât be coming back cause I need my food hot af af.
This Taco Bell in Chandler is a lot better than the Taco Bell in Casa Grande. You can actually see and taste the meat.

Terrible Taco Bell!!!! Go to the next one. This store is super skimpy on portions (more than one occasion). Food was not warmed (flat bread) cheese not melted (mexi melt), taco was mire shell than ingredients. Store is not very clean to boot. Over priced for what you get. I really only went for the new decades menu. I prefer Del Taco because you get healthy portions and proper temperatures of food.
