I enjoy good Mexican cuisine and have tried many restaurants throughout the east valley. I recently visited the Taqueria Factory (for the 3rd time) at Ray & Arizona in Chandler and I was simply blown away again by their delicious appetizers and entrees. On our visit just last Saturday,, we decided to go with an assortment of meat & shrimp Tacos, along with chips & salsa, topped off with Margaritas. Oh my gosh! The flour tacos were absolutely delicious. I truly believe they were the best I have ever tasted. And the Margaritas were simply awesome too. I would also add, the restaurant was packed, but wait time was minimal and service was great. I highly recommend Taqueria Factory and give it 5 stars without question.

Saturday night dinner at Taqueria Factory was a fantastic experience. The restaurant was busy, as the word is clearly out on how great this place is. The first thing you notice is the modern, clean, yet casual environment. Bright, with plenty of seating for parties of all sizes, and large screens around the restaurant with a variety of sports, and The Chive TV. The guy who took my order was incredibly friendly and helpful, making suggestions and helping us to navigate through the menu. The support staff was also very polite and friendly, from the expediter who brought our order to the table, to the busser who cleared our table throughout our meal. I ordered the burrito al pastor, which was absolutely delicious. Flavorful pork with pineapple, beans, cheese, onion and cilantro. I added grilled onions, which put it over the top. My family of 4 also shares a large carne asada quesadilla, 2 chicken tacos, 2 shrimp tacos, chips and salsa, and a birria mulita, which is basically a flat taco, with the meat, cheese and onions grilled in between 2 tortillas. I highly recommend trying one of these. Taqueria Factory has a nice salsa bar with multiple red and green fresh salsas of varying heat, Mexican pickled onions, limes and radishes. The owner was present, talking to the guests, explaining the menu, and I saw him wipe up a spilled drink off the floor. Really nice guy, and we were happy to see his restaurant doing so well. All four of us loved our food, we left very full, and all for a good value, especially given the high quality of the food. taqueria Factory will be a frequent stop for us going forward.

I order 3 tacos today and it was very sad. It was mostly tortilla and onions and pitch of meat. I thought I was eating a veggie taco. Wish they could put more meat. 10 dollars for 3 tortillas with onions NO THANKS!
