Love this Boba spot! The guy who helped us ( I didn’t get his name but he was very nice ?) was very knowledgeable of the menu and offered lots of suggestions and didn’t make us feel rushed to order, he made conversation with us and let us know the owner only used the freshest ingredients for only being there a month he had OUTSTANDING customer service. The drinks we ordered were the Mango Creamy slush, Kumquat coconut juice, And Crème brûlée brown sugar boba. All 3 were delicious and perfect ? will definitely be coming back ?

I've been buying drinks here for 6 weeks, everyweek getting 2 cups of milk tea with full toppings, no ice. The first 4 times were great, but after that, the milk tea quantity decreased, and the price went up. Today, I bought 4 cups as gifts, and they were less than half full, with missing toppings. I’ve decided not to return. When you have loyal customers, you should maintain the same quality instead of raising prices and reducing portions.

I came there for che khuc bach, however when I got there an hour before they close, the unprofessional staff (a guy) said there wasn’t any at this hour and he didn’t even apologize. He was so unprofessional and unwelcome, and didn’t have customer services skill as well as don’t know how to promote drinks to new customer.

Service was awesome. I started going a couple months ago as I randomly stumbled upon it. The staff there was very friendly. There was a man in glasses who was really down to earth. I was unsure of what to get from the place and he recommended me something that wasn't on the menu. He recommended me a green honey milk tea and it was awesome.

Cute little place decided to try it. The drinks were ok nothing to write home about and I have definitely had better. The service was exceptionally slow 2 guys working and 3 total drinks ahead of mine and I waited for about 20 minutes. I will give them another try and if there is an improvement I will update my review to reflect. I feel like it could have just been an ‘off’ day for them. Other reviewers have had a better experience.
