Best banh mi around!
I grew up eating banh mi for breakfast in the streets of Vietnam and this is the first thing I eat when I go back there. I haven't been able to find a place that serves banh mi close to the authentic ones I remember but this place comes real close for me! Their boba drinks are really good as well. I get half sweet and that's just right for me. Bobas are soft. Employees are friendly. Only thing is sometimes it takes a while to get your order. Teas are made fresh so that's part of the reason. Oh, and they have wifi.

came here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! they have a great selection of drinks to choose from, the cafe is decorated super cute, and the service was great! we both really enjoyed what we got- the matcha was actually really good! another pleasant surprise! they say it's ceremonial grade! they also have milk alternatives!!! definitely recommend! 🍵💗

What a Super cute cafe. Got a jasmine milk tea and saigon coffee. the ambiance here was great. The barista was so sweet, offered great recommendations. Jasmine milk tea is very fragrant, but little on the plain end, pretty sweet for 75% sweetness. Coffee tastes a little like chocolate. I do want to go back to try fruit teas and banh mi one day.

Boba fan, and I've yet to have bad boba. Tea Fresho's our favorite. Lots of great choices, very flavorful and plenty of boba in each. Service is top-tier, and it's always been just a short wait for our drinks. The food menu looks tempting and we'll have to make our next visit boba and food.

I’ve been a loyal customer and have enjoyed coming to your store for quite a long time. However, I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit and felt it was important to share.
Yesterday, I approached the counter first, but the assistant on duty saw me and chose to turn away and get busy with other tasks instead of assisting me. I decided to take a seat and wait patiently. When the assistant returned to the counter, I stood up to approach her again—but before I could speak, three new customers arrived and were served ahead of me. I was overlooked once more.
I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes before I was finally able to place my order. I felt ignored and disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment, especially as a regular customer.
I hope this feedback can help improve the service experience for all customers moving forward.
The worker was amazing and provided great recommendations and options. I tried Ceremonial Matcha - Strawberry, and it was incredible. The ice ratio was also reasonable.

Such an amazing place! Staff are always friendly and helpful, atmosphere is buzzy but chill, good to play board games or study. Drinks are also AWESOME!! My go to place for matcha, ceremonial strawberry and brown sugar with oatmilk are my favorite.

I got the decaf sunset fruit tea with rainbow jelly and it was soooooo goood!!! Been coming to this place here and there over the years and door dashed from here a lot when I was working at my last job. I would get the brown sugar milk tea creme brûlée and it would hit every time!!! My coworker would get the fruit tea and remembering that inspired me to try a fruit tea today. 10/10 recommend!!! I’ve had better flavored and textured boba before, but this place has so much variety and wonderful tea flavors and has a super cozy and cute atmosphere, I still think it’s worth 5 stars!!

Excellent service & amazing drinks! We visit most weekends with our kids, it's great that they have games to play while waiting. Love their matcha latte with coconut milk, & strawberry hibiscus tea - with boba of course :)

Awesome decor! It was zen-like. Open & spacious with lucious small plants and trees, resulting in a very comfortable space for a treat. Drink was very attractive and tasted good. Not overly sugary or sweet, and you can customize the amount of sweetness when you order. Employees were friendly and professional.
