One of the worst meals I’ve ever had. This restaurant is where food goes to die.

The place recently changed owners and also the name. It was our go to restaurant for a lot of team lunches but lately the quality of the food has gone down tremendously. On my recent visit, I ordered pineapple fried rice with tofu and a level 4 spice; the food tasted bland and also had excessive turmeric. There were no veggies at all. When we gave the feedback to the server; the response was yes the owner is new which is why the taste is not the same. It was a regular lunch place but I’m afraid, with this quality of food; I may not be going here the next time.
I ordered pho here not too long ago and I should’ve walked out as soon as she asked what noodles I would like with my pho. I simply said “oh just the regular pho noodles”.
First of all, who puts pad Thai noodles in pho? I’ve never had it like that.
Second of all, nowhere on the ingredients listed, did it say there would be mushrooms.
When I got it, I tried to keep an open mind when it came to the Thai noodles in place of regular rice noodles. But then I noticed there were mushrooms in my pho. That was when I was like “yeah I’m not eating that.” Because I can’t have mushrooms.
So I tell the server that I didn’t know there were mushrooms in it because it wasn’t listed. Then she was like “oh I’m sorry, why didn’t you say anything about no mushrooms?” Well I definitely would have if she told me there were mushrooms or if it was listed. I said it was okay and that I’d just like to stick with the ice cream and Diet Coke.
She never came back for the pho until the very end when she was brought the check, she was about to charge me for the pho I didn’t eat.
I said “so I’m still getting charged for the pho even though I didn’t eat it due to mushrooms being in there.” She goes “well yeah. Umm I’m not sure. The owner isn’t here.”
What does the owner have to do with it if she ain’t here?
Eventually she took off the pho and I paid.
If you’re going to sell pho, don’t sell halfassed pho with ingredients not listed. Better yet, get a better cook who actually knows what pho is.

This place just opened. We had high hopes but the food was just average. Nothing that will make us want to come back. The waitress was great and good service.

This place just changed ownership and name. The portions are smaller! They automatically add 20% tip with 3% CC charge on the overall bill.

I think I prefer the old restaurant better. Now a CC surcharge is automatically included in the bill. Even though we paid with cash, the charge was still included in the total.

This place just changed ownership and name. They tried to convince me that the food was the same. Do not believe it. I ordered yelow curry instead of carots and potatoes it had noodles that made the container look full but there was half of the usual amount of wattered down curry in it. I also ordered lo main overcooked noodles looked like preheated from yesterday. Hope you read this review and order from somwhere else. It is not the same food.

Bring back Thai Basil!! I ordered a chicken panang curry tonight and it had absolutely no panang flavor, the only vegetables added were bell peppers and onions (there were about 50 onions), the rice came out cold, and the curry was luke warm.
I don’t believe in asking for refunds, but if I did this is one of the situations where I would.

Amazing food every time I come in. I will pick up chow mein with soft tofu for Lunch. It’s always great quality and I know exactly what I’m getting every time.

A frequent diner at this place. We drive a long way because my wife enjoys their salmon. We were just a bit shy of the dinner menu timeMy wife asked Samantha if she might be able to get Salmon and pay the full dinner price.Samantha took hell out on my wife.I mean hell. She left for the car weeping. We are both doctors and our time together is priceless to us.I approached Samantha as we are frequent guests.I nneded to not let this stand. She denied it was her!Said she would discipline the server. She WAS the server.Yes!She was the manager, owner and the server! And, a coward.i am sorry would have been enough.Hence a reveiw...I am very upset. Why at a non busy time.Forget the food.I will never set foot in that place again! Our friends in our neighborhood also will never enter for fear this lady going nuts again.I read the reviews....very common sentiment.Samantha, I am so disappointed in you.I

Thai basil in chandler is great. The way you’re welcomed as soon as you walk in, they give you some soup while you wait and their pad Thai is my favorite. Came in today and the lady immediately knew my order bc I come here often. So that was thoughtful. Made me see that I wasn’t invisible.

Great tasting food. Intimate dining room. Waitress is worth a fortune to the owner. Cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. Portions were huge.

We used to come here frequently and it was great. However lately the curry comes watered down and light on protein.

I often get my takeout lunch here. The main lady at the front desk is nice. Always speak in a tone making you feel welcomed.Food is good but the whole ordering and take out experience makes it better.
