Great customer service, I called in to place a large order and was unprepared due to coworkers having their places mixed up. She had great patience and stayed on the phone while we figured it out.

It’s not what Thai Food is all about , lacked fresh Thai spices vegetables, Put together by 3 Young youths No culinary training here, It’s like A Panda Express. Cook came to get change from cashier, she washed her hands after giving change Not him right back to kitchen! To package my order Food was Bland and Grease.

Poor value for the money and the food isn't great. I got a large bowl of tom yum soup. It was $12 for basically just broth with a garnish of mushroom and green onions. It didn't have any of the flavors that Tom Yum is supposed to have. No galangal, lemongrass or kefir lime leaves. It doesnt have to be perfectly authentic, but at least give me a reason to call it Thai, please.

Green curry didn't have the herbal quality its supposed to have either. It was okay. The flavor should be bold enough that when you eat it with rice it doesnt taste diluted or bland. But if you drink it like a soup by itself, you get some flavor.

Pad thai was pretty good.

Today was my second time here. A friend introduced me to it about a month ago and honestly, its delicious, so i decided to go again. I ordered the same dish- vegetable friend rice with steamed tofu. Got home, took the first bite, so far so good. Took my second bite and found a hair attached to two pieces of rice 🤮 (see pic). I'm actually grossed out and pretty disappointed. I eas totally looking forward to this. How does this even happen when employees should be using hair nets? $14 for something that has now completely turned me off. Please handle this and make sure it doesn't happen again. I really do like the food.

Service was fast, the food was good, and there were large portions! Our cashier Destiny specially packed our saucier items so they didn’t leak in the car as well. This remains one of my family’s favorite chains.

My first order on 12/2/2025 deserves a 5 star rating. Chicken Tai Fried rice with a Chicken Roll. So BOMB. I'll be back for order #2 soon.

Very disappointed in this place. I ordered the vegan fried rice and they didn’t even fill the bowl up all the way. I feel very ripped off. This food is way too overpriced for them to be skimpy on the portion! The quality have gone hill since 2020. I might have to stop eating here altogether soon.

Lacks authentic feel in food and atmosphere. The tom kha soup came with garnishes only. No bamboo or mushrooms. Have to pay the same price for adding tofu or chicken. Flavours still decent but I’d rather support a non chain next time. Service was still good and prompt!

Thai Chill 2G’s quality and quantity is has gone down compared 1-2 years ago. Very Low protein portions, inconsistent flavors is a common problem. Hope Management addresses these issues as competition is good in chandler and Gilbert region!

Hands down the best Thai food around! We always order the yellow curry — it’s packed with flavor and always served piping hot 🔥🍛 Super convenient location too. Love this place! 🙌✨
