Placed online order. Arrived and only ONE employee working. She cheerfully explained that a cook walked out and she'd have my order ready asap. Two other people also waiting. She prepared the food by herself, managed the front counter, AND stayed upbeat and positive.Another customer told me her name is AMBER. Well Amber....you are AMAZING in how you handled an obviously difficult situation with grace and manners. All of us customers in the lobby were happy to wait because she was trying so hard.I am sending my son and daughter down here to apply for a position. I hope they can learn her customer service skills and how to hustle.Corporate office/franchise person...BIG KUDOS for Amber, I had a larger online order and I hope you're proud of her and appreciate her well. Will definitely be back and hoping she has more help next time.

Super slow staff. Do not answer phone when called from just out the front door of the business with no customers in the store. Order was incorrect on two separate days that I came here. Now, the flavor of the food is outstanding.
Parking: Poor parking in the rear of the building which appears to be shared with multiple other businesses. there is maybe 6 parking spots.

The food is delicious! The service is very friendly. The timing of the food preparation is awesome. I enjoy it so much that my family and I are regulars here now due to how the food quality is and it is alway hot and fresh! Try it and you’ll just keep coming back.

BuoquiBichi! Best service in Chandler. It still reminds me of my nights on CD. Juarez. Good beer and excellent food! They have live music and then Latin music all night! I recommend them. Félix from Sinaloa attended us and I felt at home. I will be back soon!!!!
