Local legend.

High quality food and drinks, fun atmosphere, amazing value.

If you come here to get some boba tea, you don’t have to go to McDonald’s after, if you don’t want to.

Boba Tea House has really good fries, fried zucchini, and popcorn chicken, among many other food options.

My favorite thing here is the Snow.

Happy customer since 2014.

Staff was very nice and I got the peanut butter smoothie with boba and it was so yummy.

Went to Boba Teahouse earlier and had a great experience. The staff was super helpful and explained the ingredients in the drinks. My son got the Thai ice tea smoothie with boba and loved it. I had the avocado smoothie with no sugar and condensed milk—really enjoyed it. Also picked up a coconut milk tea for my mom. I'm definitely coming back!

First time trying this boba place and unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. 🤢 I went with my family and we all ordered milk tea. Sadly, we all ended up feeling quite ill afterward. Not sure what happened, but something definitely wasn't right. I'm so disappointed because I was really looking forward to trying their boba. Definitely won't be going back there again.

The milk tea is too watery and the boba is mushy and bland. 3 stars is a bit generous.

As Beyoncé asks/sings, "Who run the world? Girls!"

Did you know that in America, women were not only ideal tea room consumers, nearly all tea rooms were owned by women? Yasss, queen!

Boba Tea House was once *THE SPOT* for all boba tea lovers. Hey, it was the early 2000s and we didn't get the bubble tea boom yet that has taken over the past few years. Boba Tea House came in and brought us some joy after Eba (the OG boba spot) left us.

I only ever get one thing here: Lavender milk tea with egg pudding. It's always solid but the past couple of times, I've ventured out and tried the brulee coffee and their ube coffee. Their coffee is solid as well. Get a little snack of popcorn chicken and you won't be disappointed.

While still a great spot that's an absolute treat after grocery shopping at Lee Lee's or getting dim sum at Phoenix Palace in the same plaza, I must confess that there are other boba spots in time I'd rather go to. Nonetheless, I still have much love for one of our oldest bubble tea spots in town!

Coming in on a Saturday morning barely anyone in staff is cheerful and slightly helpful getting a tai tea here is perfect the tapioca is soft but firm the sweet is right in the middle of perfect the drink pricing is a little higher but average for the area and waiting time is super low
This is a 8/10 spot for me would go back

Boba Tea House stands as an undisputed gem in the valley, offering an unparalleled boba tea experience that captivates the senses. Each visit is a delightful journey, where exceptional service meets mouthwatering flavors. A standout dish that simply cannot be overlooked is the calamari, priced at just $5.95. The quality and generous portion of this freshly prepared calamari are astonishing, elevating the dining experience to new heights.

Residing in East Mesa, my family and I embark on our weekly pilgrimage to this beloved establishment, eager to savor some of the valley’s finest boba tea. My personal favorite is the aromatic jasmine milk tea, a soothing blend that envelops the palate with each sip. Meanwhile, my mother has pledged her loyalty to the creamy coconut smoothie with boba, creating a delightful contrast to my choice.

These visits have transformed into cherished weekly dates, where the staff go above and beyond to recall our preferred menu items—an aspect that warms our hearts. One of my favorite baristas, James, consistently greets us with a friendly smile, embodying the vibrant essence of the Asian culture that flourishes within this charming shopping center. Our experiences at Boba Tea House are not just about the delicious beverages; they are a celebration of community, connection, and culinary delight!

This is my favorite boba spot. I live far away, but I drive just to get the chocolate boba. Unfortunately, they are no longer serving chocolate anymore. I've been ordering from here for a long time, and one staff member mentioned that chocolate is one of their most popular drinks. I'm not sure why the owner decided to remove it.

Asked for a Vietnamese coffee with 3 shots, instead got salted creamy coffee. The place looks decent. Since I didn't get what I ordered, unfortunately, I will give them a 1 star. And since they didn't listen to what I asked for, I also did give them a 1 star. Overall, I'm not going back!
