We’ve never had a server like Aiden (?)! We went for our annual Christmas Eve Dinner and we normally get a server who’s kinda distant and only came around once in a while, but this guy was like the butler from Mr Deeds, attending to our every need, question and kept us loaded with bread while we waited on food (which wasn’t too long, that bread though 🫠) This was a one of a kind experience and we’re glad Aiden was there for us. Btw Aiden, I hope your Christmas Story dinner is awesome. Merry Christmas!

Super fast service eventhough they were nearly at max capacity.

First good seafood I've had in a while. Coming from a coastal town that's one thing I've noticed about az, it's hit or miss. But CF nailed the shrimp tacos, it reminded me of home!

Meatloaf was also one of our faves, unrivaled. It's complex savory flavor hits your tongue in layers.

The staff is highly organized and coordinated, they had a flow that spoke to a higher quality of service. Fast, caring and meticulous.

We like this location a lot, specifically the staff, not sure why the reviews are so low. And there's literally something for everyone on this menu, I'd highly recommend for large groups or those with disabilities that need the extra care and attention to detail.

This place is so overrated the herb crusted salmon I got was bland no taste at all I asked for more lemon butter to go with it for taste, the silverware was dirty and just laid out uncovered when we arrived. I did ask for plastic ware to eat with. My husband got the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta that was good well seasoned. My waitress was nice she got me ice cream for my bday. The place was ok just not the food

If you’re looking for a meal so good it’ll make you question why you ever tried cooking at home, the Cheesecake Factory in Chandler is where it’s at. This place is like the Beyoncé of chain restaurants—flawless and universally loved.

Let’s talk food. I had the Chicken Madeira, which I’m pretty sure is what angels eat. The chicken was tender, the sauce was like a warm hug, and the mashed potatoes? So creamy they made me reevaluate my life choices. My friend went with the Thai Coconut Lime Chicken, which was so good, they stopped mid-bite to say, “This is the best decision I’ve made all year.”

Now, let’s not forget dessert. The Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake wasn’t just dessert—it was a spiritual experience. Rich, chocolatey, peanut buttery perfection. I’m convinced it’s the eighth wonder of the world.

The service? Spot on. Our server managed to keep our drinks full and still have time to laugh at our bad jokes. And the ambiance? Cozy enough for a date night but fancy enough to make me feel like I should’ve worn a nicer shirt.

If you’re in Chandler and not eating here, what are you even doing with your life? Just remember to wear stretchy pants because you’re gonna need them. 5/5 stars!

First time to this location for an office party. I was impressed by the variety of the menu. They offer selections in about every food category and ethnicity...American, Italian, Mexican, Asian and a large selection of cheesecakes.

Parking: Mall parking so lots of places to park.

I decided to incorporate the Cheesecake Factory into surprise birthday plans I had made for my Fiancé! My Fiancé had never been to the Cheesecake Factory and I surprised him with a visit from his Mom (who lives out of town) and a few friends and family. I brought my soon to be Mother-in-law straight from the airport to the restaurant along with my children. I then left to pick up my Fiancé who thought we were just having dinner. I made two reservations to ensure we were all able to have a table to sit at. The rest of our party hadn’t arrived and yet our family that was present could all fit at one table. Instead we were asked to move more than once (3 times) and told once we ordered at table 2 we would need to be moved again and have to close out the ticket and pay before being moved to the next table. You would think other customers around us would have made us feel uncomfortable and had been the ones whispering and staring. Instead, this was the treatment we were receiving from the waitstaff. The treatment made it so uncomfortable to want to truly order and enjoy our time. Our Surprise celebration was not a good surprise at all. The one dish my fiancé was interested in trying he didn’t bother ordering. My autistic brother was preyed on by the waitress. What she didn’t realize was I was going to pay for both tickets. She rudely kept telling each person at the table what the ticket was for him and to give it back. My card was ran for a different amount. She stated that we were fine after I gave her an extra $25 as a tip. This morning, I get a notification that the amount was adjusted to a higher amount without my permission and no longer have the receipts. This left a horrible taste in my mouth and honestly made me feel like myself and family were in a whites only establishment and we didn’t belong there!
