It's chill, but the food was not that great and took quite a while. In fact, two of the 7 plates were delivered nearly 12 minutes after the other plates. That's a legit long time when
Very delicious meals. Consistency throughout their menu. One of the largest menus of any restaurant and they deliver quality on every item that they serve. That is what is amazing to me. The servers are incredibly friendly and prompt. I’ve engaged a couple of the managers and they were very professional and helpful. Truly, our family really enjoys the Cheesecake Factory. The atmosphere is also wonderful.
We’ve never had a server like Aiden (?)! We went for our annual Christmas Eve Dinner and we normally get a server who’s kinda distant and only came around once in a while, but this guy was like the butler from Mr Deeds, attending to our every need, question and kept us loaded with bread while we waited on food (which wasn’t too long, that bread though 🫠) This was a one of a kind experience and we’re glad Aiden was there for us. Btw Aiden, I hope your Christmas Story...
