Nice enough but clueless. How can they be out of nearly all their breakfast pastry items by 8 am? And not figure it out until 15 min after we order?

New staff members need to be vetted. I used to love this place but newer employees (or at least ones I haven't seen in the past 2 years) verbally harassed customers while they were looking at merchandise in the store. Very disappointed with my most recent experience.

Every surface was dirty. Drink took forever despite no one being there. No one seemed to know anything about their products. No one seemed to care.

I would have loved to know if they had any vegan food options, but the girl at the front didn't care to remember. Just a general vibe of not caring.

Will not come back.

The service was absolutely terrible. Walked in and started my order by asking for a glass of water and was told I would need to pay for a cup of water. Went to Starbucks and started an order there by asking for a glass of water and received a tall ice water no questions asked along with my order. Unbelievable!! Guess I will stick to Starbucks.

Eh, a pretty average coffee ☕ place. But let me tell you, their version of Pop Tarts IS OFF THE CHARTS!!! IT WAS SO DELICIOUS, I had to buy another one. Their banana ? bread ? was a bit too moist me my taste/preference, and it was lacking in spices. Overall, the server was very bubbly and respectful, the environment is spacious.

This coffee shop not only sells the best coffee but the staff here is exceptional. Destiny is one of the managers there and we continue to come back because of her. Her efficiency and kindness is what makes her such an amazing leader. I have never seen her in a bad mood and she always goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

I went to use money I had left in their app. When I ordered they scanned the app, but the funds would not apply. I was left unable to apply the funds and having to pay with my credit card. It was frustrating because they are not close to my home so my visit was to use the app specifically. I've been trying to deal with the company customer service online and getting the run around. I simply would like a credit for the amount I couldn't use that day.
