Ordered a muffin, and they gave me the wrong one. It was so small, I can't believe it. It was $3.95, and the muffin cup holding it was bigger than the muffinPLUS, it was the wrong muffin. As well as when we got there, no one was behind the counter or anywhere in sight. I finally had to knock on the counter before someone came out.

Went there this morning for a White hot chocolate. Three simple words: White. Hot. Chocolate. Left with I don't have a clue, and I'm sure it was more expensive than what I ordered. But I guess it's my fault for waiting until I was on the freeway to discover my mistake.

Please do not give up on this franchise. You folks make a great mocha ice blended. Some of us do not care for such a strong cup of coffee and Dutch Bros. Is for kids. Would love to have a location in the east valley, Queen Creek area.

Change of ownership, horrible decline in consistency and quality of coffee drinks. I tried to reserve judgement but after I wasted my money on 4 different visits I will only order tea there. Terribly disappointing.

Picked up Two To good to go bags...So pathetic!!! I would be embarrassed to give this to somebody. Old fruit three croissants and a green meat sandwich... No thank you coffee bean...Do better!!! The birds had a great dinner

Came here for a good Frappuccino, which was really good as coffee and milk chocolate.I used to go to the one in Southern California. So it's nice to have one here in Arizona near the Phoenix location. Be nice if they had one in tucson
I was surprised by how enthusiastic the employees were. I've been to all of the franchise locations in the Phoenix area, but this one takes the trophy. All the drinks we ordered came out really good. Keep it up!

I was so excited coming here, and loved the atmosphere.Waited almost 20 minutes for two lattes, only to be handed a lukewarm latte. They were busy chatting and focusing on the drive through, even though we were the only customers in the store. Such a bad first impression. Hazelnut was okay, lukewarm, matcha was pretty watered down. Not the best place or experience with tea and coffee. Sad

Grabbed a peach cobbler tea from their seasonal menu for Christmas! The tea was light and delicious, and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. Definitely recommend getting it while you can!
