Always friendly,(Carlos) clean,quick outstanding food. Recommended by me “Green Chile Pork Skillet” it’s a must order. Corned beef hash. Excellent. Mangoes crepes excellent for sweet tooth. They have a great patio also.
In a place full of breakfast options, The Crowned Egg excels in food, service, and quality. I had their seasonal cornbread skillet offering and it was packed with flavor. My guest's biscuits and gravy were also delicious. They have a good mix of more unique flavors and traditional offerings including pancakes, omelettes, chilaquiles, etc. Portions were huge and more than I was expecting given the cheap prices (I mean look at all the food they packed into this plate! ). Happily surprised with how tasty the breakfast was. The Southwest Omelette is one of the best things I’ve had for breakfast. My wife had the chipotle Cornbread Benedict, my daughter, the Nutella Crepes. They were raving about them both. Great place. We will be back when we return to the area!
