Loved my brows by Dana! I've been coming to her for years and every salon location has been beautiful & cleanly. She gets me in and out and is a perfectionist so my brows always turn out so pretty. Will be back!

Came here for a work party. Probably not the place for a work party. The cocktails were good and the food was decent. Sushi, wings, and onion rings. I was hungry and all of these sounded good. Over all, it was great. Kind of dead for a Friday night, but the dj was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Need to come back on a normal night to get a better feel.

It was my first time in this area as I just moved to AZ. There was great music, food and drinks were amazing and my server was great. The bang bang roll was the best roll I've had. The general manager was very kind as well and told me everything about the venue as it's huge! She was awesome. They do many things there and it's a place for everyone. They have a sister company of a club next door which looked really fun of you enjoy the later night thing. I felt this place was one of the best since I've moved here. The manager also told me about things they have coming up which seemed epic for new years night which I might attend. I'll be back soon!

This is one of my favorite places in Chandler. I love the ambience and they have a great HH menu. The sushi rolls are very good and a great value. They have live music most nights and on Thursday nights they have talent night which is pretty entertaining. Very nice place for a date or just to hang out with friends.

This place...wow...I have never waited for water, or a drink for so long and I go out way more than most people...the band was good, although you would never know by the corpse like S Chandler crowd...wrong location but it could still work just decide are you a live music venue, a ultra lounge, or a outdoor patio club?...Nobody can be all 3 successfully even in a prime location of which Forum Lounge is not..let's hope they find their identity...

First time at the Forum. bigger on inside than it seems. their lil baby tacos are delicious. great atmosphere. Here during happy hour and this band called Silhouette is just awesome!!! hope they come back again. they made it worth the visit.

Sorry for the length, this is a whopper of a story, though... ALL should read this before booking with Dana. At the end of March 2019, I bought a groupon for Dana's microblading service. I read the groupon/yelp reviews and the vast majority of them were great. I figured you can't always make everyone happy. So I booked an appointment for 2 days later (paid the $50 deposit and scheduled it on her website). I was so excited. I even left work an hour early so I could make it to the appointment on time (with traffic, it was exactly an hour drive). When I walked into the boutique and towards her suite, I noticed the lights were off and no one was there. My heart stopped and a flashback of what I read from Tara S's post on here a month prior popped into my head. I thought to myself, NO... the situation she wrote about is happening to me, too. Calmed myself down and gave her the benefit of the doubt- Maybe she is running late. Decided after a few minutes of waiting to call the number on her card. She answered, but it was really hard to hear her. I told her my name and asked if she was coming to the appointment. She asked if I had made the appointment through her. Yes, I purchased through groupon but obviously scheduled on your website and paid your separate $50 deposit. She then tells me no, you have to call to make the appointment and mumbled something about how groupon "always does this to her". At this point I literally just want to know if she is coming. She said she was at a barber shop so I offered to wait, letting her know how far i had driven to make it there. Her response was, "Oh, there is no way i can make it there tonight. I have a game to go to. I'll reverse the $50 deposit". Like, that wasn't really the point, but okay? Either way- No apology, nothing. Then she said she'd call me right back to reschedule. Hung up the phone completely dumbfounded. Like dude, is she for real? I was so disappointed. Drove the hour home and contacted the girl i go to for my eyelash extensions. She recommended someone that works in the suite next to her. (Her name is Maria and her business is called "Make Me Up Maria"- she is amazing). She offered to bring down her normal price as she had felt really bad about the situation I was in. Let's see, I remember this all happened on a Monday. Never even heard back from Dana that evening. Or the next day, actually. So that Tuesday evening, I e-mailed her reminding her to refund my deposit. Still no answer- the following (Wednesday) morning i e-mailed her again, this time letting her know if I didn't get a response from her by the end of that day that I was going to dispute the charge with Wells Fargo. That must've gotten her attention because I received a response that night... First from her husband, saying he'd talk to her and figure out something to "make me happy". Then I got 2 e-mails from her shortly thereafter. One saying to "Please forgive me" and that she handled the situation wrong. The second said to contact her to reschedule and the touch up appointment would be on her. I mean that's cool, but a little too late at this point. Anyone that handles their business in that way isn't touching my face, sorry. I noticed her husband had also reversed the charge that night, as well.. So I just left it alone and never responded to them. I figured that i got my money back and there wasn't much left to say at that point. I wasn't going to write a negative review against her as I figured she did apologize/try to remedy the situation... But looking through these reviews now and seeing that she did this to even more people after me just gets under my skin. The whole situation was bizarre and unprofessional. I was recommended to Dana by a friend. A month ago she did my first session however you can't even tell anything happened. I booked my second appointment, which she assured me would give me the results I was looking for, I drove over an HOUR only for her to not be there. When I contacted her she told me it was my error. I text her a screen shot of our conversation. Then refused to refund my money and hung up on me. I own a business. If you make a mistake, you should right it. No one is perfect but blaming the customer and refusing to right the mistake is not good business. She expected me to drive back to her shop over an hour (as if I don't have a job) to rectify her mistake. Needless to say I will cut my losses and never return.

First time visiting, it was a Saturday night with live music which was nice! It's tucked back in a industrial area but easy to find. Inside is large and can accommodate small or large parties with a mix high top and low top tables. Service was good, server gave good recommendations and was friendly. The food itself was good, and prices were standard. We had sushi options and a flatbread along with cocktails and beer!

Okay this is my second time visiting this establishment. Initially I was invited to this place by a friend for their karaoke and open mic night on Tuesday. The lounge is kinda of tucked away and around commercial buildings. It was easy to find with the guidance of my GPS, but it isn't around a lot of foot traffic. Inside the space is open, with dim lighting and several tables. Our waitress was friendly and provided great recommendations. On my second visit I did order their ahi tuna and crab poke pole. It was fully of flavor and spice. I absolutely loved it! For drinks I have tried their haiku and thyme for a drink, which had a great presentation and taste. Overall, love the concept of this place and the variety of live music available throughout the week. I plan to visit again.
