The food itself was disappointing. Our flat bread wasn't flat bread, it was a store bought totino's pizza, all dough and cheese. Calamari was cold, no sauce and had to ask for plate, napkins and silverware twice. The only reason we went along with the 22% already applied tip, is because it was NYE. Any other time it would have been a big no!!. There was a tip on out entry fee as well, which was illegitimate an illegal as well. Going back just to prove tipping is NOT necessary!!
Everything was nice with the exception of the fact that for the price you could have had a champagne toast for free and also hats and blow horns and maybe poppers to add to the ambience. That would have taken it to another level. The band , music and food was great
The restaurant added a 22% gratuity to ticket price and an additional 22% gratuity to the food & drink bill. The menu was very limited & they didn't provide champagne for NYE toast. The band was amazing, the server was attentive and they had a nice crowd.
Our waitress was VERY Attentive!! Very unique place! A Discreet place to meet!!??? It's like an upscale bar, crossed with a sports bar, entertainment stage, and private party rooms!!! So dressy casual bar, attracting groups of business 🧑💼 people, to singles and couples. Also groups of girlfriends, happy hour place!! Not a place for kids!! Food was good!!👍🏼 Enjoy!!
Excellent place to meet friends and celebrate, large or small group! Live music excellent!
We held a birthday party with a very large group. Staff and management was great! Food was good and drinks kept coming. Thank you for a fantastic core memory.
Loved the fun, relaxing vibe at the restaurant. Entertainment was great and the food was delicious. Our waitress Madeline was awesome.
OMG, Loved it! Food was delicious we ordered signature drinks, NY steak and potatoe special, and two orders of sushi. Live performances by Desiree( Amazing), all under $120. She sings so beautifully 😍 The whole experience was such a vibe! I totally get why they the named the place(Vybe). It's spot on!
Low warm lighting, with colors that create an intimate relaxed upscale atmosphere. There was a great saxophone player creating a certain vibe.
The band is what draws me there. Painted Soul is always great. The food price increased a little bit but manageable. Very good wait staff and crew. I went on a Sunday. I wish the band played there on a weekend day Fri or Sat again.

Horrible customer service. My waitresses were high and obviously under the influence of something. Definitely won't be going back.
The place is nice and big,the place is hidden behind industrial buildings. Make sure that you eat before you go this place because the food is bad and expensive for what it is.
Booked this place for my husband’s 40th birthday, went back and forth over emails, asked several questions and made sure the menu, number of guests was well communicated. The day of birthday we waited over 45min just to get served drinks. Despite being a large party and communicating well in advance, no separate server was assigned to us. The server was serving other tables too, and at a point the food/drinks were so delayed I had to go find her. I wanted a champagne bottle, another thing which I told the manager in advance and it never came. When I asked the server if the live music person would sing a birthday song for my husband (since he had already done so for someone on the next table) she said I would have to talk to the singer myself… Overall it was a huge disappointment and when I gave this feedback to the manager who I was previously communicating, he never replied back or offered and apology.. absolutely not a place to choose for any special day.
I only get negative vibes from this establishment when I bring my eighteen year old daughter who is a musician studying at a local college here in the Phoenix metro area. She is not allowed to attend this establishment according to the manager and some made up restaurant rule that contradicts Arizona law, but it's okay for the manager's 18-year-old daughter to sit at the bar and have a drink. I've seen it first-hand myself and I know the employees are aware. I've contacted the owners, but apparently they want no interest in doing the right thing, because being hypocritical is acceptable at this establishment. I used frequent this establishment because the music is very good, but discrimination against myself and my daughter does not allow me to enjoy the music. Proceed at your risk.
We went on a Saturday night. We had a great table, Jesse Weston was really talented and fun to watch, the service was good, and the food was really good. We had pretzel bites, a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, and a wagu cheeseburger with fries. The drinks were very overpriced. We had a lot of fun and will definitely go again. I just wish the menu had more reasonably priced food and drink options.
