Great service (Johnathan), steaks were excellent, bread was over the top good! We have not been to the Keg in a number of years because of poor service. So glad to see that has significantly improved. The Keg is now on our dinner restaurant rotation!
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Service was not up to par, my steak came out and I was not brought or offered a steak knife, so I cut it with my butter knife. It was completely over cooked. They did cook me another one. The manger brought it out and asked me to cut into it to see if it was cooked correctly this time. I told him I would, but I didn't have a steak knife, so he got me one. There was no apology for the steak or the lack of a steak knife. We...
This was a birthday meal, so one was free, certainly can't complain about that. We both ordered steaks, my wife the filet and the NY strip steak for me. We both ordered med rare, but they came out well done. They very nicely replaced both with the correct temp. steaks.
