What a waste of money. Very little sauce and small amount of spaghetti for $24 each. Outrageous. I will continue with Olive garden. I have been to this place many times but this will be my last.

Our server was very rude that we shared a meal. I asked her if it would be ok and she laughed and said I guess. Our server gave us awkward looks during the meal. A very weird dining experience for sure. We should have walked out and ate else where.

very bland food like zero flavor no pepper, no salt no, no garlic, no italian herbs . . the restaurant was practically empty and we saw a lot of waitstaff and the service was slow, they give you a giant bowl of sauce and barely any calamari . i got clam sauce and asked to add shrimp to it. the shrimp came out on the side and looked like they took frozen precooked and microwaved it . it had no cooking marks, no seasoning , nothing . my sons shrimp Alfredo and the shimp looked the same, the chicken parm wasn’t even breaded right . it looked like all the breading fell off and they served it to my husband anyway. the lettuce had brown spots and didn’t look fresh. underwhelming and disappointing . i could have made better spaghetti at home.

Being from ABQ NM this was a great choice for lunch. Didn't want the normal chain food stuff around here and this place caught our eye. From the moment we walked in Mario was great to us and sat us in Kylies section and she took care of us from there.Great service, good wine and delicious food. We had the hot cheesy spinach and artichoke dip to start, followed with some salads and ended with the Monday Meatball and Spaghetti special. More than enough food for 3 people. Meatballs were flavorful and cooked perfect and the spaghetti was great.Would definitely recommend stopping in and having a meal and I'm sure next time we're in AZ we'll do it again.

For the 25$ dollar lobster ravioli that you only get about 6 of. I wouldn’t recommend I’d happily eat at Olive Garden instead of this place. I think they need to change the way they do business and keep it simple. The whole 3 course meal thing isn’t working out well for this place especially for the price and quality of food. Reminds me of the show Gordon Ramsey has called “kitchen nightmares” This was my first experience of this place and don’t think I’ll revisit. Maybe if GORDON is in charge.

We had a really good experience this last trip to the S.F. on my daughter's birthday.Food was good As-Always!The server was very kind, spoke clearly and communication was spot on.Maybe we could have had a better booth location however we were in a public restaurant and not everything can always be perfect. No complaints at all.I recommend taking the family to this specific location because for all intense purposes they had the store running as smoothly as possible.Cheers!

Usually around my birthday when I come I usually enjoy it. The service was pretty horrible Monday night. I literally had to ask the waitress for bread to go with my pasta. No salad or ice cream.Go to any location but this one. Arizona is really starting to become the worst place for food and service.

Probable the worst italian restaurant i’ve ever been. How can you mess up such simple dishes? They taste like canned food.

Food was warm and not appetizing. Both the Olive dip and spinach and artichoke dip was old, very dry and served with huge pieces of bread that resembled toast. The bread that accompanied the minestrone soup was very hard, thus difficult to cut. Lasagna was warm, noodles hard and covered in sauce. The side salad was brought out well before my lasagna and had way to much balsamic dressing poured directly in the center of the salad so the lettuce was very soft. The spinach tortellini tasted well. Yet we were provided paper, cardboard like takeout boxes, similar to what you'd receive with Chinese food but not near as durable. The pasta leaked out everywhere despite being in the container and inside a bag. The waitress was quite unfriendly. Unfortunately, I would not return.

Visited The Old Spaghetti Factory and was greatly disappointed. The chicken piccata lacked cheese and was dry, while the meatballs tasted old and had a funky freezer burn flavor. Additionally, the margarita seemed to contain no alcohol, adding to the letdown. Although our server was excellent, the manager's explanation of daily-made meatballs contradicted our experience. Furthermore, the manager's rude muttering as she walked away was off-putting. I advise against dining here.

The experience was as great as I knew it would be. The food was unbelievably good, and the service was great. I love this restaurant.
