The service we had was not sure how to say it but distant , like the waitress wouldn’t really talk and actually just starred at me twice when I said something she just walked off and retrieved the items ( sugar for coffee and salt and pepper)with no acknowledgement at all. Some one else in our party went to use the restroom and came back out saying the restrooms were dirty .

We went for our anniversary dinner. McKenna was our server and was so wonderful. She anticipated our every need and was a delight. Martine was the manager and never once stopped moving. I have never seen a manager work as hard as him. He was bussing tables one moment then the next helping a customer then off to bringing out someone’s food. It was impressive. The food was delicious as well. We will be coming back regularly

Went on Saturday night with my friends bartender was super sweet and great! Made us wanna come back.Came back the next day during lunch to be disappointed:(Server didn’t seem to like that we were there and anytime we asked for anything she seemed extremely annoyed. Food was ok. We can deal with ok food if the service was as good as the night before :( or if she was at least smiling while hating us lol.Wouldn’t go back during the day. Day is like a 3 or 2 star night was great! 5 star.

Had dinner there twice during a work trip to Gilbert and it was fantastic. Our server Dani may be the best server and person in the world, she made the experience worthy of a review. The food and cocktails were great; everyone was extremely pleasant. No wait, pricing very reasonable. Highly recommended if you happen to be staying at the Hampton, Homewood or Drury hotels.Parking: Parking lot is small and fills up quickly around 5.

The Place looked pretty nice and decided to try it as we were in the area and hungry.Didn't realize I would be waiting almost an hour for my food and for it to be brought out cold.When my wife and I came, we were greeted by the manager and several people walking by saying "we'll be right with you"Ok fair enough, happens. But should have been a red flag that service assumes someone else is taking care of it.Eventually seated, and server came by to get water order quickly.Ok so far, got waters within 10 mins of sitting down.30 mins go by before server came back to take food order. Ordered Greek nachos (with chicken), and pretzels.Between that and when our food finally came, I witnessed the manager walk by several times without even bothering to check if we're good, server walked by many times and took orders for other people and brought them drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic pronto.Eventually after being there for almost 50 mins total, food runner finally brought our food, cold and stale. Greek nachos didn't have the chicken on it and chips tasted like stale store bought chips, pretzels were tiny and cheese was luke warm. Evident that food was ready quickly and no one even bothered to bring the food. Likely situation mentioned earlier, everyone assuming someone else is taking care of it.Had to go find the server and ask for the check. Check brought and charge for chicken on nachos was still there (no chicken on nachos brought out)Had to go flag him down again and get that taken off.Server disappeared and went to go ring up checks for people at the bar.Saw him walk by and heard him say "oh shoot" as he noticed we still didn't have the corrected check (once again forgot about us)Eventually brought us the check.Even after realizing how bad our service was, manager never once came by to apologize or ask how things could be made right. Had a 715 reservation, waited 10 minutes to be seated, waited over 35 minutes and no one came to our table. Someone brought over waters for half the table and said our server would be over soon. Asked to order our children's meals since we had been waiting so long and he repeated that our server would be over soon. He finally took orders for our children but that was it: We decided to leave without ordering as our server never came. We informed them we would no longer wait and left. Disappointed overall and won’t be returning.

This place really dropped the ball and I’m genuinely confused by the positive reviews.*the summary is: We never tried their food and walked to Venezia’s, which was great.I feel bad for the manager for having to bail his waitress out, he should rethink who he has on staff. Restaurant looked nice though*We had a group reservation and I arrived later than the rest- I needed a high chair so I walked up to the hostess to ask for one, she made eye contact with me and walked back to the kitchen to speak to a server. When she came back I asked for the chair and she handed it to me without a word. As I was returning to my table, another patron grabbed my arm and asked if they could place their order which should have signaled that the service was trash tonight, but I was unaware of how bad it was until I came back to the table and realized we hadn’t even gotten water 30minutes after our reservation time.A member of our party inquired with the hostess if the waitress knew we were there and THE MANAGER came to tell us water would be out momentarily. The supposed waitress for our group came out, spoke to the manager then visibly refused to come to the table to take orders and he had to bring out the water himself. He appeared genuinely apologetic, but it seems that he deals with this scenario often.

What can I say about The Parlay, how about “WOW”! Our hotel room wasn’t ready when we wanted to check in and we said something about going and getting a drink while we waited and the front desk clerk suggested The Parlay and we were so glad that he did. The service, food and drinks were outstanding and the place has a great vibe as well! Ross, our bartender, took such good care of us on day one of our stay that we came back for dinner and drinks on our second night. Ross was there once again along with Julia and Savannah tending the bar. All three were very personable and so nice and did a great job taking care of us. The manager Martine (s.p.) checked on us as well and was also so very nice! This Chandler location is a well run place and you can see it in the people that work there with their great service and food! This will be our “Go To” place when we are visiting Chandler! :)
