Top teir service and staff. We had a few food allergies and everyone was very accommodating.

Got the meatball Ferris Wheel. It was so delicious. It allows try all the sauces and different meatballs. Got two drinks. The 10 layer lasagna, the New York strip and the shrimp alla vodka.

Food was okay. I think there are better restaurants for Italian in Chandler. Service was very slow.

The food as always was excellent! We were seated at 6:30pm Friday night and didn't get acknowledged by waitstaff for ten minutes. Ordered drinks and if was another 15 minutes (?). To be fair there were MANY large tables for servers to take care of, with 10-12 or more guests and we saw other tables of two (like us) waiting long times for drinks/food. Will probably only go back on a weekday.

I can only vouch for the bakery side of the restaurant, as we arrived too early for lunch. Pastries, cookies, cannoli and more - all made in house! If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place to be.

Thank you Keaton for the amazing service! Your patience and assistance was greatly appreciated. As a Jersey native and someone who’s visited Italy, this is the closest thing to Italy as it gets. Got a custom cannoli to pair with my espresso. God bless the chef and his team. My wife and I cannot wait to come back to celebrate wedding anniversary here ❤️

Big Group celebrating my dad's bday 86. Got two of boards which I highly recommend for such an occasion with big group. Board has almost every appetizer. After that to many choices on menu for entrees, build your own pastas, meatballs - to many meatballs to choose from and that meatballs carousel, yes it is a meatball carousel- takes up a lot of the table. Anyway, a frequent flyer to this establishment and never disappointed. Emma our waitress was friendly, helpful, engaging and always attentive to our needs and requests. Thank you - Emma for a very enjoyable experience for my family!

But far the Nutella lobster tails are my hands down favorite dessert there. They also once did a peach dessert that looked exactly like a peach. It was fantastic but sadly only ever saw it once.

This was a really good experience and really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere and the customer service was top-notch! Such a fun place to go to the decor is really cool and we really enjoyed stopping by and getting desserts and coffee here.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere is great. The staff is attentive and our server Israel was amazing.

Note coffee is very basic (also doesn’t seem like they give their employees much of a how to on coffee but I wouldn’t blame the employees for that, more to note that I mentioned wanting a specific style for the coffee and mentioned i was fine paying normal price even if receiving less product but they were clearly unfamiliar with term i mentioned). Regardless, sweets available are very good. Really enjoyed that I could do two filling flavors for the cannoli. There was an issue with some of the lighting while we were and an employee (a manager perhaps? He gave his name and I unfortunately cannot remember it except that he mentioned transferring from one of their other locations) and he noted that the lights were bothering my companion and I and was quick to fix. Employees were all friendly and professional. Place very clean. Also employee that amended lighting issues for us came to check in and was very knowledgeable about history of restaurant and it’s history which we appreciated and were pleased to learn about other ventures the owners are pursing in dining. Definitely recommend and this is the sort of place I would genuinely recommend to friends of mine who are first generation Italian and incredibly picky with their Italian food. Note that a lot of the desserts are pretty rich.

We purchased an Italian rum cake for my husband’s birthday. No rum taste all and the cake itself was dry. Not what I would expect for $100+ dollars.

Ella was so helpful and pleasant. She helped make sure we picked the right dessert for us which was basically the whole bakery. It was a challenge to choose because everything looked amazing. We will be coming back.

For a first time at the Bakery, the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and the atmosphere alone is great. There’s plenty of options of bakery items, gelato, and coffee to choose from which is amazing quality btw. I would also like to recognize Avery for her excellent customer service answering questions, being highly attentive, and making our coffee fast and efficient. Thank you Avery!
