A rotating menu of a dozen or so beers? What else do you need! I’ve never felt cramped here, even though it’s not the biggest space. The outdoor area feels spacious. You can tell they take pride in the beers they decide get status on their menu board. Definitely recommend visiting, and it’s in a walkable location to other downtown spots if you decide to go hopping.

We had 1 beer & when we asked for a second, we were told to have water ?. We left! It was our first stop & first beer. Not sure what the issue was, but the high prices & prejudice won’t get us back again. We went to other places in Chandler & had better service such as Stillery with live country music & Osterich bar.

Stopped in for a drink with friends and girl behind the bar would not give us a second drink. This was our first stop and first drink. Not sure if the girl was just prejudiced because of our cowboy hats or just had a chip on her shoulder. We paid our tab and will never visit again. We headed to the Stillery and were treated with respect. Sleepy Whale is a snowflakes dream but a working man’s nightmare.

I've been coming here for years and I just have to say this is absolutely one of my favorite spots in Downtown Chandler! Just recently discovered that not only is it a solid spot for weekend night hangs but also doubles as a chill weekday work/studying spot! The vibes are very easygoing light and fun no matter what time you come by! Great beer menu and wine options along with the chill vibes.
