Cute place with some decent dishes and great service but very loud. I would go again if invited but would not choose on my own.

Wow what a great little spot. I came in to eat alone and was greeted by friendly staff quickly. I chose a table outside under the sprinklers and it was lovely. My waitress sereena was very sweet and attentive. She recommended the coconut mocha espresso martini and it was fantastic. I guess the liquor and cold brew is all made in house here by her and it has a great bold flavor. So amazing that this place makes it all on their own! My potatoes were perfectly crispy and seasoned to perfection. The eggs Benedict was fantastic. Overall the service was great too. It took a moment to get the food which I didn’t mind or notice but someone came out to check on me and make sure I was ok. Really lovely place. Highly highly recommend for anyone coming alone or with friends

Great breakfast enchiladas!!! Very loud and pretty cramped. But if you can handle the heat the outside bar is very nice. The staff are amazing

The service was great, both my fiance and I enjoyed our food. While we don’t order anything crazy (the filet and eggs and the avocado toast) we thing they are both prepared really well! My fiance likes the seasoning not the steak and I really like the balsamic glaze and bread on the avocado toast. We thought our waitress was great too, very attentive and super nice! We will come back!

Always let the customer know if you don't have something available. If the customer is obviously bothered or displeased that their choice is unavailable, offer something worth their while.

Tipsy Egg in Downtown Chandler is a lively and stylish breakfast spot that’s perfect for weekend brunch or a casual morning outing. The outdoor seating is shaded and cooled with misting fans, making it a comfortable choice even in warm weather. Menu favorites include the flavorful Southwest Skillet and creative dishes like Yuzu Masco Mint Pancakes topped with fresh berries. They also offer fun drink options like mimosa flights and morning margaritas that add a playful touch to your brunch. With upbeat service, a trendy vibe, and pet-friendly patio space, Tipsy Egg checks all the boxes for a great breakfast experience in Chandler.

This was a great find for brunch just flying in. Our server Sareena was pleasant, and also gave us lots of insight on the area. Food was delicious, my only thing wish potatoes with the cheese was a little crispy..

I don’t even know where to start. Service was awful, they never checked on us after our food was dropped she just dropped of Cholula and said enjoy. We did not in fact enjoy. The eggs Benedict was so runny which don’t get me wrong a Benedict is suppose to run but not with slimy egg whites. The environment is just too loud to even think. Here’s where they went right: my daughter pancakes were amazing! After returning my Benedict I ordered the prickly pear French toast, this was to die for.
My advice to this place: stick to what you know because Benedict’s are not it for you. I would much rather go to the Hash Kitchen or Snooze. Not worth the money, not worth the time.

One of my top spots that I recommend to anyone looking for a breakfast/brunch spot. Right in the heart of downtown Chandler. It’s a foodie dream. Visually stunning dishes but the taste is always there too. Love the atmosphere and always bring my girlfriends here. Other highlights would be the great variety of drinks, clean restaurant and friendly staff.
Can’t wait for my next visit.

Was excited to try this place for the 1st time. Sat at the bar, waited over 15min for, waters, etc... Being hungry & thirsty, we walked out without being acknowledged. Never again. You lost a Chandler customer. We went to Over Easy instead, they served us as soon as we sat down!
