company was bought out from the original owners recipes they gave them are not the same lol , all the food is terrible lol , been eating here for 10 years , it will never be the same , was (CHINESE OWNED) has (white owner now) that bought them out lol just wish they gave you the real recipes , no bread on the shrimp fried rice is crazy and Orange chicken over cooked like eating rocks i gotta say i miss what this place use to be đ

We ordered their orange chicken and their brĂłcoli and beef from uber eats. The rice that came with it was dry, the orange chicken tasted like something you would find in a premade frozen isle, and the chicken and broccoli tasted more like gravy. I had higher expectations for the place, it couldâve been better. The only thing I am going to give them credit for is is their seaweed salad. That was the only thing we liked.

The restaurant itself may be a little rough around the edges, but I found the sushi to be really good for the price I paid. I definitely would recommend it for those on a tighter budget, as the sushi was hardly any more than what I would be able to purchase at the grocery store. The people up front seemed especially reasonable when it came to the sides, which definitely improved the experience, at least for me.

Panda Express may have invented orange chicken - at least that is what I have been told. But, Tokyo House has definitely improved upon it. The chicken was delightful crunchy and flavorful with the right amount of sticky orange glaze. I look forward to trying other items from the menu next time I visit.

Tokyo house used to be my favorite lunch spot in talking 3+ times a week the orange chicken bowls were so good. Nowadays, every time I order itâs completely dried out n chewy man such a disappointment. I came right when they opened at 11am hoping it would be fresh and nope tasted like leftovers from last night. Again dried out n chewy either overcooked or recooked. Canât support a business that doesnât have any concern for quality.

We ordered lunch for pickup. The rice would not stay on the roll. The avocado was browned. California roll did not taste good. I ate two pieces of the roll and I can't bring myself to eat the rest because of the taste. Very disappointed

The person at the counter was super nice. However, the food was not. Food didnât taste fresh. You can smell the old grease/oil smell from the fryer a mile away. The stale food stench was so bad it made me worry about the cleanliness in the kitchen. The teriyaki is super sweet and tastes like I poured it straight out of a bottle. Probably the worst food Iâve had in a while. I will not come here again.

We ordered delivery. I paid extra for extra cabbage and carrots on the yakisoba and there were maybe 5 pieces of cabbage in the whole dish. We ordered several other dishes and they were all poor quality.

Ordered House Fried Rice - rice was burnt, almost black and crunchy, meats were so tough you had to chew for 5 minutes just to get them down.

Orange chicken was delicious. Big chunks of chicken breast with crispy breading. Included generous serving of perfectly cooked Japanese rice. Fried rice with jumbo shrimp was delicious. Lots of jumbo shrimp, too. Gyoza were so tasty. Not sure why people are posting negative reviews. Everything tasted great and servings were generous. Will order from Tokyo House again next time we return to Tempe!â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸

So today is Friday, April 11 I walked into Tokyo house at 9:11pm and got my food at 9:19pm Iâm not mad about the wait but about the service I received. I walked into Tokyo house and yea they were doing theyâre closing tasks thatâs cool but about the man wearing the Astros cap. He had told me âtry to come in a little earlier because we close in 3 minutesâ mind you this is at 9:11pm and everywhere I look it says they close at 9:30. Some math ainât mathin
