Only posting because I’m a disappointment pregnant lady. I used to get Tokyo house at least once a month when I worked over in the area. It’s been a minute since I last ordered from here. One of my cravings this pregnancy has been their house fried rice. IT’S NOT THE SAME AS IT WAS ! The shrimp used to be breaded, the rice was sticky but good and golden brown. Now it’s just dark , soy sauce and shrimp has no flavor nor is it breaded. Disappointing is all I can say. I should’ve read the reviews since most of them say the same thing. New owners should’ve stuck with the old recipes. Should’ve gone to Mandarin House instead… smh

Have been a loyal customer of Tokyo house for years. Lately the food quality and service has really gone downhill. Have been sweeping simple mistakes under the rug, thinking they are just busy. At this point it is more than simple mistakes happening with every order.

I hate to call it Miso soup just salt is all you can taste and disappointment at the teriyaki chicken and on top of it all they forgot to give us the free Crab puffs for ordering over 15 dollars won't be going back and will find another place to get food

Ordered the sweet and sour chicken and house fried rice. The chicken was tasty but such a paltry serving, not even enough for one person. That happens when more the half the container was rice. The fried rice was horrible, dark from too much soy sauce and dry meat.
Been ordering here for years. When I called, I was given a "Yeah, whatever" attitude. Taking my business elsewhere.
WARNING ⚠️ This isn't the same Tokyo House food that we remember! I've been a long time customer and I've noticed a significant decline in the quantity and taste of the food. I bought a lot of food yesterday and everyones rice was CRUNCHY, the chicken was DRY and you can tell they use cheap cooking oils now. They commercialized the food and give you small containers for a higher price point...and don't expect to get utensils for your food! TIP- Order from a local Chinese buffet and get more food, better quality and save some money.

I’m a faithful Tokyo house customer we love love love their house special fried rice, shrimp tempura and tonkatsu chicken that’s usually our go to order then we add on to try other items. Did not enjoy the miso soup did like the udon soup tho. As far as sushi their spicy tuna, lava roll and sun devil roll was good.
