I've been there three times...It's the McDonald's of ramen. But hey, some folks love Mc D's
I love Tokyo Joe's.They always get my order right and everything is always fresh. I've never had wilted lettuce with my salads and my sushi/poke has always been delicious. My husband loves their teriyaki chicken bowls and he's a notoriously picky eater, so it's great when I can find somewhere with healthy options he wants to eat at too.
Always good. Sign up for their email to get their buy one get one meal. They have different perks. Mahi mahi is my go-to, there is no fish smell and aftertaste and slices of mango is amazing. Yakitori bowl is my kids favorite. Just plain white chicken with noodles. They devour those soup. Great ambience. Nice employees.
This time was not my favorite... the bean sprouts were not fresh and ruined the whole dish... the sushi was good and the service was great unfortunately the food was not.
their ramen here reminds me of the chinese noodles my mother used to make. great place for lunch. hint: sriracha, soy sauce & the chili are a must for the ramen!
To be honest? Bland, over priced, soulless, and sad. I've only eaten here twice. I'll likely never eat here again.
Have always loved the food! Great customer service!
Very small portions on lettuce and veggies. Bad presentation, bowl looked spoon mixed by the cook (which isn’t how a bowl should be). Ordered bowl with two kinds of tuna and the albacore wasn’t thawed and the fish was crunchy and icy- glad it was frozen but not how anyone likes to eat raw fish. Totally not the Tokyo Joes quality we expected. Sorry won’t come back to this location.
I ordered a build your own big bowl, but instead got a regular size bowl. Wanted dark chicken, but was told they didn't have any dark chicken. Settled for the white chicken meat instead. Vegetables I selected for my bowl wasn't that great and missing some that I ordered too. I've always enjoyed coming this Tokyo Joe's over Panda Express for a good hearty bowl, but this time my dining experience was lacking. Don't think that I be back. Guess it's back to Panda.
The ambiance is just amazing. The staff is ALWAYS pleasant and welcoming. The food is always delicious. I've been several times and still have the same review.

The Best Place In Town Japanese Food?
This is a great store, very well maintained and managed. Excellent service and food. Friendly staff Amanda did a very good job at explaining how everything worked and recommended an excellent bowl.
Extremely disappointed in my experience at this location. I was interested in trying something quick and healthy, but ended up waiting 20 minutes for my bowl during the lunch rush. This would be one thing if the restaurant had a positive environment while i waited. However, there was an air of extreme tension and agitation coming from the staff. They were all scowling, snapping at each other, and the lady rolling sushi would yell loudly and angrily enough at the cashiers that customers in the back of the dining room would turn around. The employees seemed rushed, disinterested, and mismanaged. Not worth it for some white chicken and teriyaki sauce
The food was decent and the decor was nice. But the place reeked of bleach which I'm quite sensitive to so I ate quickly and left asap.
Meh I used to really like this place because you can build your own! but the last time I was In I felt like the quality of the food wasn't as good as it used to be my chicken was so mushy feeling .... will pass on this place from now on.
